  1. Hi! Hoping you can help... I'm not receiving the daily emails though I did receive the welcome email. Also, the videos don't seem to appear on your website until around 11:30 a.m, CST... but I'd like to do them in the morning before work, if possible?

      1. Hi there! 🙂 First of all, let me just thank you for everything you do. The Find What Feels Good community has really helped me and my yoga practice evolve over the past couple of years. I was just wondering if it's at all possible to upload the videos a bit earlier? It's a lot to ask, but I figured I'd have nothing to lose. Last year's 30 days of Yoga videos used to be waiting for me when I woke up at 6am Eastern time, but now that they're not uploaded until 7am EST, I don't have enough time to complete my practice in the morning anymore. Thanks <3 🙂

        1. What I do when this happens is to do an older video and save the next one for the next day.

    1. This has been happening to me too and I'm not sure why.. Try searching "yoga with adriene" in your emails? That worked for me and I found the emails even though they weren't showing up anywhere else.

    2. My emails have been going to my "promotions" folder in my email, so I have to go look for them. Hope this helps.

      1. Sybil - Good point! Here's a tip: if you don't want them to end up in your Promotions tab, you can drag one of those emails into your PRIMARY folder and they will automatically land there from now on.

  2. Hi Adriene! Thank you for being such a huge inspiration! I began to practise yoga just about two months ago and it really has helped me in a lot of ways. I just found out that I'm pregnant (yaaaay!)
    I wanted to ask you - can I participate in Yoga camp?

    1. Found out I am in the same boat as her. I already have a son and did Yoga with him the entire pregnancy. Any Ideas on what I should be doing when you are all doing twists. I am loving it thus far!

    We love the yoga series you did last year, and this camp too. However, we'd love for you to do a series for more experienced yogis. Since we did your 30 days of Yoga last year and other videos since, we feel that we're ready for more of a challenge!

Thanks for thinking of us and using your time and talent to help us practice yoga at home. I love that you understand some of us can't or won't do it any other way. You've managed to find a way to draw us together into a community in spite of our shyness, or monetary restrictions, or independence, or time restrictions, or physical limitations, or whatever. We were alone with our mental and physical health concerns, now we are not. I know your karma is sooooooo good and your kindness will be repaid 10-fold.     I'm trying to do camp before I have to get ready for work. I was anticipating 30-35 minutes, but today's video was about 20 minutes longer than that. I'm already getting up at 5:15 to make the 30-35 minutes. There is no way I can fit in 50 minutes. I'm not a morning person, so 5:15 is already pushing it. What will the average length be? If they are longer, then I'll just do some of your videos on You Tube, but I was looking forward to camp. Thanks!

    1. I prefer the longer sessions. If the morning does not work, you can do it at another time in the day. I believe this is not yoga designed only for the morning but Adriene can correct

I used to do yoga on the daily and for some reason stopped lol but very happy to be back and to find your youtube videos !! Pretty sweet. Love your personality and sense of humor.   10. So excited for Yoga Camp! But.....will the videos for camp be subtitled for the hard-of-hearing and Deaf like the other Adrienne videos? Day 2 is not captioned or subtitled when accessed from the site; when the video is accessed on the web, auto-generated captions that are all messed up and incorrect come on. Hoping for subtitles on further videos!!!!

  11. Thanks for the video Adriene. My wife and I completed the 30 days series last year and found it more challenging than anticipated. I had lifted weights for years and years. I did not realize how short and tight my muscles had become. On that note, have you created any videos for tight hip flexors? Thanks again for the time you devote to these videos.

  12. Was Day 2 long because it was posted on a weekend day, or will the videos vary in length that much? I'm wondering because I was hoping to do them in the morning before work (a day behind because I'm out the door before the day's video is posted here on the east coast).

As a mama who has 4 building and 4 herniated disks + degenerative disk disease, it's time to dive into my practice again (after almost 7 years off!) and get this back healed naturally again 🙂 Look forward to these each day! It is such a relaxing way to exercise and keep grounded after a busy day at work. I'm really looking forward to my yoga each day. I've done a little bit of yoga before, but following your yoga camp videos seems like a great way to really invest myself in trying yoga!   20. Hi Adriene! Love your new yoga boot camp! I have done your 30 days of yoga and loved it last year but kind off feel of the wagon but I got back on and I think that is what counts! I love this time for myself were I can connect although some days my 2 year old try's his best to do the yoga too, either way it is a pleasurable experience and you make it fun and entertaining! Thank you!

  21. I just discovered you (through MBG), and started the New Year's 30 Day Journey... it's wonderful! Adrienne, you are amazing at what you do, and your refreshing personality and style shines through so clearly. It's fantastic to find a yoga instructor who doesn't sound condescending or too 'new age-y' if that makes sense; your humour and straight talking is such a nice change. The instructions are probably the clearest I've ever heard, and I am for the most part able to close my eyes and just follow your voice (when I can't, it's only because I'm quite new to yoga). I'm very grateful for this gift you are giving!

  23. Thank you Adriene! I am 61 life, and love, love, love your approach. I am amazed that I was able to this whole routine and I feel wonderful,now. Just finished it. I am going through these slower than new one each day. I am probably going to do each class 3 times before moving onto to the next one. But what great routines. and I love the affirmation prompts too! Thank you so much for offering such good quality yoga videos. You are blessing to my life. Thank you!

    I wanted to give you thanks for all the love you put into ALL your vidoes!
    I have been using your vidoes for about a year now and my body has never felt more at peace and strengthened at the same time.
    I am a christian and it's great to see someone, that even though they may not share my religious beliefs or I theirs, we can share the common goal of being in tune with our bodies and minds, creating a calmness, peace and strength during our crazy busy lives.
    Thank you also for not pushing any spiritual/personal beliefs through your videos. I see alot of this type of thing when it comes to yoga, from both christians and other religious/spiritual people. It's nice to be able to just workout, stretch, etc. and not get all bent out of shape (no pun intended, haha) with the words that are being used in the class, just because the person in a different religion. For example, I would not be following your videos in my practice if you continually pushed chanting, etc., just like I wouldn't follow any other religous workout video if they put their religious slant in it and that includes christianity. When I come to my mat or any other workout I'm doing, I am focused on the moment, the movements, the breathing, my mind and body.
    So after all that being said, thanks again for all the loving effort & care you put into this! Keep up the great work! You're truly appreciated! 🙂

  26. Hello! My daughter recommended I check out your page and am so glad I did. I have fibromyalgia, but yoga helps. I am excited about Yoga Camp and plan on continuing. I love that the videos are on Youtube so that I can do them interspersed with days of swimming, etc. It makes the work-out more flexible, which works best for me.
    Thank you so much for your encouraging words during work-out and the fun you intersperse into the practice. =)

    I took your advice and started Yoga Camp immediately after Revolution!
    So glad I did!
    Days 1 and 2 were great! You are explaining the poses in a slightly different way and I appreciate every bit of your wisdom. Your gentle, encouraging spirit is just what I need.
    Looking forward to many more Yoga Camp days ahead! I hand wrote the awesome affirmations in my desk calendar.

  28. Je n'était pas habituée à en faire plus de 30 à 45 minutes.... Plus de 50 minutes.... J'ai manqué de courage et de patience... Je l'ai fait en 2 parties.... Je m'accepte comme je suis! Tout en voulant aller plus loin! Je suis capable. Je crée ma vie! J'ai une belle vie! Merci Adriene!

  29. Hi Adriene your classes are crazy amazing! I love what you're doing and the yummy experiences I get from your practice. Each day I journal what I experience in your class and in today's Sesh I noticed something different happening in my body. My legs began to tingle intensely, it felt like they were vibrating, no shaking just tingling from my knees down. Just curious to get your thoughts on what that may mean. Any thoughts?
