  4. Dear Adriene,

I love your videos! they are so uplifting, and i've introduced my friends to them! I am going to Honduras for 6 months of research, and unfortunately the internet on the island where i will be staying is iffy, and so i'm wondering if there is a way for me to download your videos permanently on my computer so that I can see them while I'm in Roatan. I know it will make a big difference for my contentment, relaxation and physical well being to start the day with videos like these! Thanks so much, Maia

  5. Hi Adriene
I am very new to yoga. I am 51 years old & have been working out regularly for over 8 years but new to yoga. I am finding that my balance is not that great & some of the positions make me shake. Does this get any betteri. I don't feel like I get as much out of the workout because of it.
I appreciate any advice you could give me.
    Blessings
    Lisa

  6. This was my favorite, by far! I've been following you, Adriene, about three years. I LOVED YOGA ON THE ROCKS! Such a privilege to hang out with you, right behind your mom and cousins, with alllll the other yogis. Namaste and thank you!

  7. I so appreciate your teaching me how to distribute my weight across my hands during all-4's and downward dog. My forearms are gaining strength to hold me up. Please design a yoga practice for quadriceps. My knees do not like chaturanga. I want to build up to that. Thank you!

  8. Love all your yoga workouts! your presents and presentation is soothing enabling me to go with the flow.
