  1. Hi, Adriene!! I have wicked flat feet and find balancing postures to be extremely unstable. It sort of looks like a bug has landed on me. Is there anything that I can do differently to keep the four corners of the feet down without straining my shins and overpronating?

    Much love,
    -Casandra

    1. Hi Casandra, in my opinion, I realize (after falling alot) instead of focusing on the standing foot, I put my awareness on the contact between you shin an the other foot (depends on which side), so that you can keep the balance from both feet. I hope it makes sense to you 🙂

  2. I've been following your revolution videos and they're so helpful! I was at a video where I had to do a tree pose, but in that revolution video you didn't explain in details how to do the tree pose, so I found your tree pose video....thank you SO MUCH for explaining that pose in details and what versions I can do, and practice....I'm going to practice my tree pose!

  3. Heyo,

I like spelling it like "Mayo". Good Morning Adriene! I am very excited to work on this today with my high school students! They will really love talking about how it is a pose you cannot hide in. Quite relatable.

  4. Tree pose achieved by "working from the ground up"... I am beginning to understand what you mean by that.

  5. So good, thank you. And I can see that you cannot hide. I really want to do the advanced version, which I had no problem with a long time ago. But it looks like right now I may have to stay with the easier pose and work my way back up--may or may not get there. I love all of your videos.

  6. I am clearly overthinking it, but when you are falling, what do you do with your breath? Do you breath in or out or doesn't matter? It always gets my breathing off whack.

    Appreciate those fundamentals SO MUCH.
