  2. I think this practices help me more than I could believe it ever would! I'm slowly starting to feel completed as a whole person and starting to understand to the term: 'Like you love yourself' because few days ago in a warrior pose two I really believed I love myself and that was the yummiest feeling I felt in a long time. Plus the feeling that every day I can learn my body to do something new and my body shows me even more sensations. I fell in love! #oneyearwithadrienne

  11. I know this is a little far out, but Adriene have you ever considered doing podcasts? I listen to them and keep thinking, "imagine listening to Adriene's wisdom on yoga or calm or meditation through podcasts"?
    You should do them.
    I listened to 2 of your yoga videos while I was sick . You just have a calming presence.

    I added "and strength" for myself because it will likely be a challenging day.

My body was tingling and I caught myself smiling and feeling super grounded (I was just writing about that in my journal moments earlier).   29. This darling ditty has been my go-to morning wake up for longer than I've kept up ANY New Year's Resolution. I can almost do it from memory which is great when I'm out of WIFI range.
