  1. Dear Adriene, thank you for this amazing series!! I participated with the Revolution videos from day 1 but only subscribed to the email on day 3. Now I get the emails two days later than the actual date. Is there any way to change this? Thank you either way!! Lots of love from Austria 🙂 Nadja

  2. Will the videos be available after 30 days? I want to start this program in a week and half?

    1. Hi Radhika, I did the same with "30 days of yoga" and "yoga camp" and all the videos are still available on YouTube, so I would assume these would be too.

  3. Gracias, I had to stop my practice with you due to a knee, I can not miss this, so I decided to do it but I will be extremely careful. ❤️ Namaste.

  4. Thank you Adriene for providing this amazing yoga opportunity to ALL of us. I have been searching for something for a very long time....and I did not realize until now that yoga was part of the answer. Your style, energy, and humour are exactly what I need right now. You are a lovely soul. It all happens for a reason. Thank you again.

  5. Thank you Adrienne for providing this amazing yoga opportunity to ALL of us. It is the perfect answer at a critical time in my life. You are a lovely soul.

  6. Thank you Adrienne. This yoga opportunity is the perfect answer in my life right now. You are a lovely soul.

  7. Hey Adriene,
I am happy, you uploaded Day 4 so early in your night. I am in Germany and it is wonderful to start my day with your Yoga-Inspiration. It's wednesday 8:50 in the morning here. Thank you =)
    Greetings from Sunny

    1. Hi Sunny,

I am also doing it from Germany (Frankfurt), unfortonatly I am doing the videos with a two day delay. But "besser spät als nie" 🙂

      Best,
      Bela

    2. I am also doing it from Munich. It's lovely. But I am doing it only now, once the entire thing is over.

  8. Good morning (here).

Recently I was looking to expand my understanding of the body.
I personally believe it has much more potential then we come to realize and also many "sides" that we rarely use. "My body is a Temple". And also a living creature. Thus the need to love it and explore it.

I practice Tai Chi and was pondering what other practice could help me expand. - Well...Yoga

But where could I find someone to learn from, someone passionate and that I resonate with?
    - Well... Obviously right here.

Thank you for this opportunity and congratulations on the amazing work.

  9. Loving these daily sessions and learning to be kind to myself and observe/be with the way my body moves, rather than criticise or give up! I feel transformed energetically and emotionally after today's practice,,, Thank-you!!x

    1. I feel different today, in a positive way.
So grateful for this yoga revolution Adriene, I can tell!!!
      Thank You

  10. I'm so loving this course, I feel like I'm being increasingly challenged but just as it feels a bit hardcore you give us a restorative child's pose and I remain confident I can do this! Beautifully crafted sessions. Thanks you!

    1. I couldn't agree more! Whenever the little voice in my head tries to tell me that I can't do it, we go into child's pose and that full breath there totally restores my spirit and feels like it literally lifts my heart up to a higher place. Love these videos.

    2. I totally agree, I was just coming here to comment the same thing! I have trouble sustaining poses resting on my hands for a long time, it hurts a lot. A teacher once told me it was probably due to working as a typist for many years. A few times I thought I would have to stop this video, but just in time, there'd be another rest to stretch out our wrists! Thanks heaps Adriene, the way you structure these videos is just awesome.

  11. Any chance us bendies in the uk could have revolution a little earlier in the day? I set my alarm for 6:30 🙁
Was great when it came ...that breath us going to take some practice!

  12. Mmm, that was a good one. I enjoy sequences that don't contain sun salutations 🙂 I loved your prana bod talk, and also that I get the videos just after I wake up here in the UK!! Just a note though, I get the accompanying email just about after I finish the sequence, consider sending them 30mins earlier 🙂 xxx

  13. Thank you Adriene, for your great practice! It's exactly what I need! I would love to starte every day with your Revolution video's, but since I'm living in a European country (the Netherlands) I only receive them at 8.00 AM in the morning, when I already have to start preparing to leave for work. I'd like to be in tune with the days but this way I can't keep up. I think many of your European subscribers would be overjoyed if the release time could be for example a few minutes after (your) midnight... I'd be willing to pay for the downloadable video's to solve this problem, but I understood they are not released any earlier?

Thanks again and I look forward to the next video's, whenever they are released!

    1. Surely you can just do the videos a day late? I live in eastern Australia so I receive the videos between 6 and 7pm every day and just do them the next morning. I think it would be pretty hard for Adriene to time seperate releases for every time zone in the world!

But keep yoga-ing, whenever you can fit it in! xo

  14. That was great! Although I am really beginning to feel these sessions in my muscles later! Laughing is becoming a tad sore but that it a good thing!!

  15. Thank you for the run times of the upcoming videos. It is as if you read my mind! These help in planning my day and what time the alarm goes off!!!!

  16. Love the videos, love the emails. Can't say enough how much I enjoy the daily practices and insights.

  17. My day was a shit fest and I didn't want to do this. I wanted to eat chocolate, watch netflix and wallow in self pity. This was perfect. Thank you. 🙂

  18. Happy New Year Adriene and thanks for another wonderful start to the year with Revolution, I'm loving it!

  19. I actually made it through without any significant pauses today!

I also identified one key problem area for me, and that is that I have trouble simultaneously parsing Adrienes instructions and following them at the same time as soon as it gets complicated (audio processing issues for the win!)
In two of the (to me) most challenging parts, both the extending-knee to nose-extending-touch toes and fingers and the Downward dog - lunge - lizard - plank -childs pose combo I found that when I tried to follow along with Adriene, I quickly felt hurried (because I needed those extra few fractions of a second to mentally parse the instructions and then felt behind already, then started to scramble to "keep up", was no longer capable to follow the instructions, and usually fell on the mat in a heap - but I just thought I couldn't do it as I initially tried.

Once I said "okay, let's break this down" and paused and walked myself slowly through the process after watching it closely without having to worry about "keeping up", I actually managed. (Well, most of it Downward to lunge still is a two step process. Once my hips aren't a tight mess anymore I'll start worrying about that.)

Another problem I had was breathing like that without scrambling my rhythm by semi-consciously trying to match Adriene's (consciously enough I noticed I was doing it, but subconsciously enough I couldn't bring myself to stop.)

I feel I actually am making progress =)

    1. Thank you for sharing that! I have moments when I struggle in very much the same way. It's nice to see I'm not alone and I love the tip you shared about breaking it down. Namaste!

    2. Svenja, thank you for writing the same things I have been thinking/feeling. It's good to remember that we are all in this together.

    3. Same here! Sometimes I have to just watch and then pause the video to do the pose. Then I can start the video again to keep up. Loving this!

    4. When I first started practice a year ago I felt very much the same, but I stuck with it and now I can get through Adriene's videos almost entirely with audio guidance and need only look up for visual reference sparingly. It's great that you did what you needed to you for you and paused when necessary. Going at your own pace to 'Find What Feels Good'! Here's to progress! I hope you stick with it and I hope your practice touches you as much as mine has touched me. <3

    5. Don't stress to much about it! I had the same experiences in the beginning. But I got to know Adriene her style better. I know what to expect. In the first run or flow I often see where she's going. I know the other side will follow. So often I'm two beats behind Adriene. I either chose this, because I want it. Or I find out all of a sudden that I'm not where Adriene is. This is so much fun. And there's learning attached to it. Other times I chose to do something completely different and 'go of the railroad track' then take what I hear from Adriene as a small gift. Even though she's in a completely different form I can still melt my heart, ground through the upper body etc. It all comes down to what suits your needs! REVOLUTION!

    6. Hi Svenja, congratulations on making progress! Your solution to the "hurried" feeling is great and I will steal it - thank you! I have realized I especially try to match the breathing in the instruction and will exhale while I am only halfway through my inhale. More mindfulness required here. 😎

    7. Svenja,
How completely FANTASTIC that you were able to "honour where you are at" and take the time you needed to break it down into chunks. It is utterly WONDERFUL that you identified YOUR needs, took them into account and gave yourself what you needed. I am so impressed that you did not allow the ego to push you through---which would possibly ended up in you feeling like you failed. BRAVO!

  20. As someone who is currently under the care of an intensive mental health team for trauma related psychological problems these sessions are literally my saviour! Thank you! I am so grateful for this Revolution practice, and for the mindfulness you incorporate into it. You are providing me with more help and comfort than trained professionals and for that I am eternally grateful! x

  21. This is all new to me. I have never done Yoga though I did do so many other types of sports/practices. Then after stopping for a while, gained soooo much weight became more and more frustrated with the weight and HOT FLASHES I stumbled 🙂 across an article that actually suggested yoga. but then again which yoga practice i have moved from one online yoga practice to another simply because I could not find myself in any of them until I found you ANDRIENE. practices are so not intimidating you are constanly ensuring- what ever mistake you do it is only because it is natural until you get the hang of it which need a lotttt of practice and commitment.
I can't say yet that it is helping with the weight and hot flashes but i am breathing deeper and slower and it is helping me in my stressful really long days.

I am so happy to have found you 🙂

  22. My mood has improved so much in only these four days. I am looking forward to the time of yoga every day. I'm learning to enjoy the journey itself and focus only on small babysteps, live minute by minute. And you are the one that has been influencing me the most lately! I am so grateful for this opportunity and for the hard work you put in this every day. Thank you so very much, Adriene.

  23. I am following the revolution series and have a question... perhaps some of you have tips 🙂 I am having a difficult time in general with anything on all fours. My shinebones and wrists start to hurt a lot. Is this just getting used to it or am I doing something wrong?

    1. I don't know about the shinbones, but with the wrists: I've got that issue too.
I've tried putting as much of the weight on the fingers as possible so I don't "collapse" into my wrists, but that doesn't always help, so I went to the foundations of yoga video because there she usually talks about variations.
And there it was, in several of them she talks about some people maybe having to get off the wrists on occasion and do some small circles with them in between, so I've been doing that when it's been unbearable.

  24. Hi Adriene today's practice is a real discovery for me - what a great feeling to discover how much playfulness, contentment and energy can be found in my OWN body and my own little space 🙂 Amazing work, thank you! <3

  25. Thank you Adriene for such a powerful beginning of the year. I've done your 30 days yoga challange on December so now Revolution is what I really need. Thank you for being so cool and loose about yoga! It is very inspiring for people who are starting their yoga lovin. Take care and inspire us like you do now!

  26. Hi Adriene. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your videos, including all of the Yoga Revolution videos so far. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma last June and half way through my chemo I discovered your you tube channel and tried to practise yoga most days when I felt up to it. Your videos have helped me NO END. I have slowly started to regain my strength and flexibility. Before I got ill I was super fit and able to do an hour and half of hot yoga no problem. So it's been a long journey but I feel I am finally getting back to where I was, all thanks to you and your wonderful videos. I finished chemo in December and so far have been able to do all of your Revolution videos. I attend to finish and do all of them 🙂 I cannot thank you enough. Know that a cancer patient across the pond in the UK has benefitted enormously from your teachings. Namaste! Wishing you a healthy, happy 017. Ariane xx

  27. This is a brilliant series so far, I'm hooked after months of stop/start practice, thank you so much for all the work you have put into it, Adriene. Today's has left me feeling the best yet! My spine is feeling glorious and stretched and happy. I love the fact that they are downloadable for a pay what feels good price - an opportunity to give a little financial thank you, but also to keep them for future use, and mainly because my internet coverage is so patchy!

  28. These are wonderful! I am going through a very hectic time in my life and these are helping to keep me focused and grounded while caring for myself 🙂 My daughter introduced me to this and I learn so much from her, I thank her for this gift as well.

  29. Thank you, thank you, thank you....

I'm getting up at 5 am to do this before work so I can start my days feeling good about things and strong enough to get through the high drama of my work place.

I think I'm going to have to get my 45 pound dog his own mat as he likes to be in the middle of mine the past two days......

    Namaste,

  30. Pose recommendations for stiff/sore hips? Some of these moves absolutely kill them (and not with kindness). I'd love to know some daily moves that might help stretch, open them up, so I can move with more ease.

Thanks for the great videos so far, I've enjoyed them and they fly by so fast! Until tomorrow.

  31. Hi Adriene, happy New Year to you! Thanks for all your wonderful yoga lessons! I'm promoting them to all of my friends here in the Netherlands and abroad.

I have a question, because I cannot sit on my heels. It was quite a shock when I discovered it when I first started your yogalessons. I had hoped it would come in time but there does not seem to be any progress. Do you have any suggestions, I think the problem is my knees, I get stuck when my bum is about 30 cms above the heels.

Thanks again for everything and warmest regards,

    Gina

    1. Hi Gina,
I also cannot sit all the way down on my heels. I am about an inch (2.5 cm) away and seem to be too stiff to go any lower somehow.
I would like join this conversation to see if this gets better with time or if there are other postures that could help. Thank you!

  32. Thank you, Adriene, for all of the positivity you put into this world and all of the positivity you help us bring as well. "Lots of love in, lots of love out." Huge appreciation for your Revolution series, Yoga Camp and your app. Your humor & light have helped me be a stronger version of myself, taking "I Got This" as my mantra to many days when I wasn't very sure of myself. I am so so grateful.

  33. I found this one tough but felt totally energised and positive at the end!! YEAH!! 😀
It certainly give my festive food belly a wake up call!! lol!
    Loving every second! 😀

  34. Thanks, Adriene! I really enjoy the practices that emphasize focus and breath. i need the awareness reminders! I love that you do this and am so grateful.
    namaste

  35. Hi, I loved today's workout.
Noticed in today's email you put the length of the next workouts. Will you do that please for all the emails?
    Thanks.

  36. I was surprised today. I had tension and I could REALLY feel where it was in my body today. This was a little scary because I didn't know what to do with it. I found I could visulaize my negative feelings as air and push them away from me and breath in calm. This is SOOOO weird for me to say but after doing yoga with you for over 2 years...this is where I'm able to go. I'm excited. I also couldn't believe how warm I got doing this day. I'm a marathoner and strength coach so what seemed simple was so fulfilling! I could go on but wow.....I am really enjoying this series (I have done 30 days, Rise, Yoga Camp, and Empower) as well and I really appreciate you reaffirming to FWFG. Have a great day.

  37. my dear Adriene,
I have been following your youtube channel for a couple of years now and it has been one great tool on my journey "back" to myself. I am still walking, but I walk lighter and more loving than before. I want to thank you for your generosity, time investment and positive vibes. Just yesterday I encouraged a newly mum to join this revolution. She wrote me later telling me she had started and could already tell it was going to help her and that she was craving for connection. She thanked me, so I pass it on. May your seed continue its beautiful growth

  38. I have a million things and thanks I want to say to you, Adriene, but today I just want to quickly say thank you for putting the run times of the next couple days' videos in the email today! Really helps me plan my days!

  39. Did the practice first thing this morning and it was exactly what I needed. Feel so ready to start my day. Thanks!

  40. I am a devoted Yogi and a Psychotherapist in Austin. I love these practices! I have been sharing them and relating your teachings to DBT Coping Skills (what I coach) and they correlate beautifully. Body. Mind. Heart. Thank you and Namaste.

  41. Thank you for today's practice. I actually broke my normal routine of sleeping until the last minute to get ready for work and got up earlier in order to do this before going to work! I am loving this practice and finding some challenges as my body adapts to becoming more aware of the slower movements. I look forward to tomorrow!

  42. Thank you Adriene. Your practise is a lovely way to get connected back to exercise, its greatly appreciated. Thank you

  43. Normally I'm not the person who comments on videos, but this time I really need to tell you my experience!
I started the practice in quite a depressive mood (which is not unusual since I've been diagnosed with depression a while ago. Yoga really seems to help me though) and hoped that it would get a little bit better by doing that exercise.
Well, at the end of the practice I suddenly felt my hip-joints crack really loudly (not in a bad way. I always had pain in my hips and felt as if there was a blockade or something) and then something inside me like... opened up? I don't know. It felt like energy flowing everywhere, it was breathtaking. Then I started laughing really really hard for about five minutes and couldn't stop, which was SO weird. And if that wasn't enough I started to cry after that. I cried during yoga a few times before, but never in that combination with laughter.
The depressive mood is gone of course. Thank you so much for that practice!

  44. Thank you!! Also appreciate that you are sharing the timings of the next practices so I know how early I have to get up to make sure I can practice!

  45. I have never really liked yoga before, but doing your videos first thing in the morning makes me feel like I have accomplished and ready to start the day. I have tension in all my muscles and don't know if I am doing everything correctly, but I am enjoying so far....27 practices left.

  46. Thank you for another wonderful January full of yoga! This year I'm doing these videos during pregnancy, which is extremely humbling. My center of gravity is all new and I have to modify many poses, but it's a nice reminder to find what feels good each day, and be happy with where I am and what I can do. Thanks again, Adriene!

  47. I'm just loving this revolution! The 31day challenge is just enough to give me a kick up the butt when i think of a million excuses to skip yoga for a day... day 4 can't wait for more! Thx Adriene x Lisa - all the way from Perth, Australia

  48. Hi, thanks for these sessions!
I subscribed a little late (day 3) but was able to catch up with videos (twice a day)
I wonder if i could get the e-mails on time too, as now they are following behind.
Thanks for every effort you put into this, just awesome.
    Xx

  49. I'm still doing it. You are making it do-able for me and if I can do all 30 days it will be a first. I am grateful for this gift.

  50. Hi Adriene! I signed up but it is day 4 and I haven't done it any day yet. Should I start now or sign up to the next group?

    1. Start now, at day one! It doesn't have to be done on the day she posts the video, it is YOUR day one or YOUR day 5 or whatever . It is fun, and has a certain air of accomplishment to finish the 31st video on the 31st of January, but don't lose the message in the symbol!

  51. Wow!!!!!! Thank you so much, I am feeling stronger with each day. Each day I am more excited for the daily practice

  52. ~Today was amazing. i felt the heat going trough my boy evenly at the middle of the practice. I'm ready to outside to this cold winter weather and start my day of work on this new year.

    Thank you

  53. I love you build on a theme in each practice and how every practice builds on the practices before. You have a gift....thank you for sharing it!

  54. Thank you for another great practice today. I love that you offer this service to your subscribers. I live in a very rural area (20 miles from the nearest yoga studio), so having the option to practice at home is wonderful. Thank you again, Adriene~

  55. Hi Adriene, thank you for these exercises you share with us!
I wanted to check are all of them safe for pregnant women also? Please answer so I can start doing them as soon as you reply. Thank you in advance.

  56. Woah! I really benefited from this practice. At first, I wasn't 'feeling' it, but I stuck with it, stayed present, and naturally found myself finding ease and good vibes. Namaste y'all 🙂

  57. Woke up to a cold house this morning so my yoga room was chilly. Started by wrapping an afghan my mom wove for me, years ago when I went to university, around my shoulders for the pranayama breathing. Then I was going to set it aside, thinking "my knees don't need extra padding," but you convinced us to use it as an act of self love. And you know what? In all my years of yoga I have never taken this opportunity, but boy did it ever feel like an act of kindness to myself! By the middle the prana was obviously flowing and I had built up heat in the body. In savasana I also took your suggestion to use the blanket as a pillow, and man did it ever feel soothing!

Thank you for these lessons. I'm so glad I committed to today's practice. Namaste!

  58. Just wanted to pop in and say thank you for the work that you do. You really helped me set up today for success, despite a lot of looming stress and not a lot of sleep!

  59. This program really helps my anxiety, and I'm so gratefull for this, thank you so much Adriene. I have followed you for two years now, and hope you never stop. Hugs from Norway

  60. Dear Adriene,

I´ve been following your practices for a few months and now this 31 days revolution is absolutely fabulous, I´m so grateful, thank you for sharing this gift with us! I´m a trauma survivor in ths journey of healing and yoga has been extremely powerful! Thank you again! Here I share some of the feminist art from Porto Alegre (my hometown), Brazil. Be well, Namaste!

  61. Happy to be here, starting each day after working through 30 days of Yoga all December (never did yoga before in my life). This breathing thing we did today - man, I can't get that to work at all. Any tips or some resource?

  62. I am looking forward to this one! I've had a home practice using videos for about a year now. I used to only go to studios, but now do both with my main practice at home in my pajamas most of the time. Wh Thank you so much!

  63. I've been reading the emails in the morning before I delve into my work day, which has been incredibly helpful in focusing and having a prize at the end of the day to look forward to! I am sooooo jazzed for this one!! Woot Woot! Prana Body or bust!

  64. At about thirteen minutes in when reaching round to my toes I got a spasm in my back on the lower left side. Helpppppp

  65. Love that "fire" breath, no need for my morning caffeine fix after that practice. I feel both energized and relaxed.
Blessings for the new year Adrienne.

  66. I loved this practice wow! Thank you Adriene once again for making my day brighter. Lots of love from Ontario, Canada.

  67. Finally reconnecting with what feels good. Your approach of Hatha yoga reminds me of my initial joy when I started to practice 16 years ago. And I love your methaphorical expressions to explain how some alignment works. Comes out handy while teaching Hatha myself, only in Dutch it sounds less fun

  68. I'm an expat living in France and just celebrated 2 years of practicing with you today! This practice made me literally well-up with the support and love that your prana breaths brought to my homesick heart today. This was the emotional and physical (damn table top is HARD when it's held consciously!!) cleanse that I needed desperately. Thank you so much adriene.

  69. You are a life changer for me Adriene... I so want to meet you and be your pal! Thank you for being you and for helping me to embody the best version of myself.

  70. After 2+ years of not exercising regularly due to a nagging injury, this is the first time I've moved mindfully and connectedly 4 days in a row and it is glorious. Thank you Adriene for sharing your time, wisdom, and sweet energy with all of us.

  71. Oh, I love you even more for this!! I just found Yoga again through your channel and I absolutely love your style and comforting and supportive approach. Seeing this email today, as a practicing shaman, made me love you even more! I was so excited to see you speak on energy and the interconnection of it with disease and illness. Speaking to my heart, girl! I look forward to completing this challenge and investing in your online courses!

  72. I love the person you are Adriene. No matter how bad I feel about myself throughout the day I find that I love myself truly after each practice with you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

  73. Thanks for adding the run times in your email. I usually do these at night and it's helpful to know if I need to make extra time for a long video. Thank you for doing this program!

  74. Hey there Adriene! These videos are amazing and agreed, the best way to start my day. Thank you so much for what you give for free. I would like to buy them at the end of the month series so I can take them with me on the road and do them while I travel, WiFi independent. Will they be available to purchase by donation after the month as well?

  75. I have been doing yoga almost every day for nearly three years now and I still learn something new everytime I get on my mat. I LOVE YOGA! And I only got into it because of your awesome approach, Andriene!! Finding what feels good LIKE A BOSS!! XO

  76. I am ill with sore throat and back tension today but did this routine anyway. Ever since I finished it a half hour ago I have been moving in slow motion (literally, I got dressed and walked around like the sloth in Zootopia), aware of everything. This practice was a great way to center and feel joy in the micro-sized movements of our bodies. Maybe you could do a yoga video at a sloth pace, even if it ends up being a lot longer. I find I get more out of yoga the slower it is. It's more mindful and tuned in that way, and I find my muscles get a better stretch and strengthen and my mind a true cleanse.
I really enjoy your positive energy and humour, and the givingness of your soul. Thank you. 🙂

  77. I learn so much from your videos! I appreciate your teaching and look forward to each new practice. Thanks for creating such great tools for us to use in our practice.

  78. This challenge is exactly what I needed to recommit to my practice. These past few days have taught me so much about acceptance and where I am with myself in all areas of my life.

  79. After yesterday's practice I was feeling apprehensive as Day 3 was challenging for me. I must say I feel glowing and energized after today. 🙂 I do have very problematic knees and I can't do any poses that require me to squat or sit back on my heels. How can I modify these types of poses?

  80. I can not thank you enough for this experience, Adriene. I am feeling so fulfilled doing yoga every day and connecting with my inner self. I feel sharp, happy and calm. You have a wonderful energy about you, so engaging and positive. I live in bonnie Scotland but I hope I can come to one of your classes one day, in person! Lots of thanks, Ailsa 🙂

  81. Adriene, you top yourself again and again and again. So many of your sessions are saved in my 'top-fave special Adriene Yoga file,' and I always think this one, THIS one is the best yet. Then you wow me anew and I am totally awed, saving yet another 'top fave.' The day just isn't long enough to enjoy as many of your sessions as I'd like (already do 3 daily). Thank you so much for all you do. You truly are a Yoga goddess.

  82. I am very happy to be part of the revolution with Adriane. I started doing yoga with Adriane videos three years ago or more but I have had periods of difficulty to continue with this disciple.
But I am back and with more strength. I'm willing to love and myself exactly as i am.
I love your practices. You transmit peace and light.
Today day 4 I'm a bit tired especially my shoulders.
    Thank you. <3 <3 <3

  83. This is my 3rd year of your January yoga programmes. It works so well as I know it's only about 30 mins a day, so I feel I would be letting myself down if I don't commit to that precious time. And I love the variety of poses, as well as the continuity of your teaching style and references. Happy New Year Adriene, you rock! Namaste

  84. This was my favorite class yet! I love them all but I feel extra warm and fuzzy through like every inch of my body! You're the best at making yoga relatable! I think we'll all really benefit from these 31 days in our bodies and mind.

  85. Just wanted to let you know why I'm unsubscribing. As a Christian, I believe God is the source of all life and energy. I have really enjoyed following your yoga videos but your email on day 4 of Revolution makes it clear that you plan to be more focused on the spiritual aspects of a yoga practice and we disagree. Thanks for everything and best wishes.

  86. Thank you for teaching me how to recognize and give attention to loving myself and gratefulness for being alive. Loving these so much!

Any tips for weak wrists when in the poses (even table top was tough today at times)?

  87. I am loving that you are offering this 31 day yoga revolution. It is something that I really need and I am happy and thankful that I am doing it.
It has been quite a challenge for me because I am so out of shape and no flexibility. I am also a larger woman which makes it harder to move through the poses because of my lack of flexibility and size.
As I do this practice I have been thinking about other people who have the same difficulties I have and I wonder if they are sticking to it, I hope so.
I need you to know that the way the instruction are in the video would be hard for someone who has never done yoga before and they had my issues. I know that all the videos for this year are already recorded but maybe for next year some adjustments could be made somehow to give further instructions to people that can't move so easily from certain poses to another. Not everyone knows how to modify their movements and I worry that someone might just give up. This is such a fantastic "Revolution" I want every"body" to feel like they can do it. I am lucky enough that I have done yoga in the past and know some modifications and I will stick with this because my desire to get my body moving again is very strong!
    Thanks
    Michelle

  88. Very nice and easy yogasession 🙂 Day nr. 4 was my first "class". At the end when I lay relaxed I wish the music after you're finished could be a bit more calming and longer lasting 🙂 Just a little bit so I can be at the same calm place longer. .

  89. I feel so great that I have found this! It's definitely challenging but am able to keep up ( mostly )
Thank you , look forward to each day 🙂

  90. I absolutely loved today's practice! It would be great if you could do more classes on Prana and go more in depth in teaching and incorporating different breath variations!
I have done all your yoga camps multiple times in the past, and I must say I absolutely enjoy the Revolution series! Thank you so much for all the work you put into these series! I hope for many more to come!

  91. Wow, that one was powerful. FEEL the prana!! I also feel my hip creases. A lot. Go, us - the FWFG kula!

  92. Dear Adrienne,

I'm so happy with the new 31 days of yoga-series.
I was suffering with pain in my right arm. No docter could help me.
Now since 1 year I follow youre yoga practice and my arm is much better!
    Thank you for positivity Adrienne.

    Love, Maaike (The Netherlands)

  93. I love this channel so much precisely because Adriene always makes these references to our souls. It's exactly what I'm looking for in yoga. Complete awareness and alignment with our inner being, where from we simply observe everything else, emotions, thoughts etc. in utter serenity <3

  94. Thank you, I really appreciated the focus on prana and the inner moving body. You haven't lost me! Gratefully.

  95. I had a big emotional release (which was coming anyway) with tears in the middle of this class. I allowed the emotion while staying with the practice and felt more clarity and energetic healing by the end.
I had a sense that this 31 days was energetically aligned with my intentions for January as soon as I saw the calendar and so far its proved true. Thanks, Adriene, you really are the best xxx

  96. I loved this one! I'm really enjoying this Revolution, and look forward to each practice.
Thank you so much, Adriene, for the love and energy you share with this community!

  97. Hi Adriene,
and thank you so very much for your work, your energy and your sincerity. It is the first yoga challenge I am doing with you and so far I love it !
I was just a bit frustrated because I wanted to do it on the morning around 6am before going to work and actually the videos were not up at this time. But I just realised that is because I live in switzerland so 8 hours ahead of you (ahah!!)!
Anyway thanks a lot, I felt so present today it was amazing.

  98. I love that little bug. I worked next to cricket today, and wished him well on his journey.

As ALWAYS I am so grateful for this yoga journey with you. <3

  99. This is awsome! 🙂 The way you do Your instructions make it so easy to get into the flow. I really feel how everything come together 🙂 thank you.

  100. I don't know why I did not expect this one to be challenging but it sure was! In a good way! The beginning part with the breathing, forget the name, are you doing really quick inhales/exhales or is the pulling in of the belly a constant exhale... I may have missed something in translation!

  101. My little boys decided they wanted to bring their toys and play beside me while I did Day 4..... not what I had in mind but Adriene you still managed to make me feel totally buzzy and tranquil even with the other noise around me. Thank you, I am loving Revolution x

  102. I always enjoy your yoga sessions even after a long day working I drag myself onto the mat and feel awesome and so relaxed and present afterwards 🙂 only had difficulties with the side body stretches on all fours but maybe that´s because I´m a dancer and might be already quite bendy in those areas...?! Thank you so much though, looking forward to the next one xxx

  103. Thanks so much for sharing your yoga knowledge and practice. I've been watching and following along with your videos sporadically for a few months but am making an effort to practice daily with revolution. This evening I felt tired and stressed with a headache after work but after following this session, I feel relaxed and energetic with no headache! Thank you, Adriene.

  104. Thanks so much for the experience. You are a great great teacher. After 2,5 years without yoga I am restarting with you and it feels great. I like your way of speaking, keeping it simple, clear, joyful, without music and without folklore. Greetings from the Austrian mountains:)

  105. One of my 2017 resolutions is to attend one of your clases, hopefully near to my hometown, Monterrey, México...my oldest kid wrote this down so I persue my goal....I really hope I can meet you in person and once again Thank you for everything that you every day.....thank you, you really have helped change my life and even my kids' ....they have shown interest in your videos, the youngest (he's 4) even plays the videos in the Ipad and tells me "Momy I'm doing Yoga, like you" :D.

thank you, thank you & thank you!!

  106. I loved this session and I especially loved your acknowledging of the bug in your space and that you have a no-kill household, inviting the bug to do some yoga with you. 🙂 I appreciate your message of compassion and also your playfulness. It makes yoga so much more enjoyable!

  107. Adriene,

Thank you for sharing the running times for the next two videos. I wake up and get straight to my yoga each day, with you. Even before Revolution. Now, with the new videos, it's very helpful for my type A to have the run times. I know to set aside so long, get up so early, etc.

Thanks for all that you do for us. This is a ton of fun, I can't wait to see where I am tomorrow, in a week, and then in 30 days!

  108. Thank you for sharing your wonderful gift with us! Excited and happy to be in this journey with you and so many others.
I had to laugh when you said to turn our heads side to side and of course I was racing mine back and forth! Then you reminded us to slow way down. Perfect!
    Namaste!

  109. I have always had extremely tight hip-flexors (runner probs) and today is the first time I have ever been able to fully step through to low-lunge without pulling my leg up! Yay for progress! Thanks for sharing with us, as always, Adriene!

  110. Hi I'm loving this yoga revolution. I've always liked yoga but have never made a commitment to it... until now. I feel so much calmer, aware of the power of just breathing and finding what feels good (to quote you). I've found day 4 slightly more challenging, my heart didn't feel in it but all I can do is show up on the mat and do my best. Has anyone else struggled at all? Maybe I just need to accept how I feel and carry on. Thank you for this journey, namaste x

  111. Hi Adriene

Must admit I found today's practice physically challenging, but ended the session smiling! 🙂

  112. I have been so out of shape and mentally exhausted this has been a real wake up call to listen to my body again, thank you so much for your time and warm energy. Namaste x

  113. Love the energy that this practice brings and I'm feeling better and a bit different in the belly.

Just wondering with the exercise of rotating the knee in circles, how do I do it without moving my spine?

  114. Just wondering about the "where attention goes, Energy goes"
If I bring attention (the energy or the prana) to let's say shoulders, does it mean to actually use those muscles or just being aware of them even if they are relaxed?

I'm still quite new to this,

    Thank you

  115. I'm so happy to have found you online. I sprained my ankle a few months ago, and I'm still unable to get to my yoga classes. I simply can't hack a 1.75 hour high-intensity yoga class right now. This, however, is a perfect reentry to my practice.

Also, in Day 4, prana, please know, I am happy you said to note your body's inner movement. You can't talk about yoga unless you talk about the layers of being. Even my atheist, gnostic, christian friends agree - yoga is about aligning the mind, body, spirit. The inner body is the latter, isn't it? Just wanted to reaffirm your voice, it's awesome as it is.

  116. I think about getting to the mat every day while I am at work!! I found what feels good!!

  117. Hi Adriene,

I was just wondering if you have any suggestions for ways to modify the positions that place a lot of weight on your hands (e.g. tabletop, downward dog, plank etc). I have extremely long and thin fingers, so when I am in any of those positions, unless I lean a long way back I cannot spread my weight evenly through my palms and fingers. My fingers and the tops of my palms end up hovering over the mat while only a portion of the heel of my palm actually touches the ground. (This is quite hard to describe without pictures!). Particularly in todays practice, the pressure on it would become extremely painful. I do take frequent breaks and sometimes do the positions with closed fists.
    Any suggestions would be great!

    Loving the Revolution :} xo

  118. Only a few days in and I'm already noticing slight changes both in my mind and body. Thank you!

  119. Thank you, Adriene, for another great day! My wrists are very weak so I am already experiencing some soreness but my mental connection to my body is already improving. I'm so psyched!!

  120. I'm a new mom and since beginning January's practice, I've noticed some soreness where I know I have scar tissue from giving birth. I'm so hopeful that this means I'm rehabilitating the area, and I want to say thanks for that, and thanks for giving me a reason to take a break for myself each day.

  121. Hi Adriene! I'm a total beginner with yoga, but loving your videos and your spirit! Would it be possible to post your daily Revolution videos earlier so that those of us who live on the other side of the globe can do them in the morning? I'm in Asia and I don't usually get the email until late afternoon. Thank you so much!

  122. One of the reasons why I love your practice so much is that you don't take yourself too seriously, you are able to laugh at your quirkiness and silly comments, but you can tell just how passionate and connected you are to what you teach. (I love when you talked about the bug in the room haha!) I have really been trying to cultivate a more dedicated and consistent yoga practice and I know this will get me in the right direction. Thank you for inviting us to go along on this journey with you. It's only Day 4, but I am super excited for the rest of the month!

  123. Thanks, Adriene! I am so enjoying this series. As a baby beginner, this has been wonderful to think about it as "non yoga" but rather to connect to my body. That's fantastic. You're wonderful, and a great teacher.

  124. Hi! I loved it so far all of the practices! I have a question: The "run" term in the letter is in fact a run or it meants to the duration of the video. Sorry, I need a litte of context or a translatetion. Thanks! Greetings from Venezuela!

  125. No, I will not have that ice cream sundae today thank you.

Adriene worked my abs too hard on Day 4 to ruin them with some extra empty calories.

Awesome program Adriene. If you're ever in Asia, Japan, specifically, let me know!

  126. As a 70 year old beginner I am moving slower and adding some rest today I at least did the entire practice. I'm stiff any suggestions for a more comfortable heroes pose. As easy as it looks it's difficult to fold up that way.
    Namaste

  127. Adriene, thank you for being you! you are absolutely the cutest, completely adorable, and totally genuine. oh...and of course, the yoga is amazing. you are appreciated!

  128. Hi Adriene, really love this new series! I appreciate that the lessons are more advanced and dive in a bit quicker. Reminds me of the traditional yoga classes I attend and love to be able to do them at home with you as well as everyday to keep up and build on my practice. Thanks for sharing all of your hard work with us. 🙂 ~ Kat

  129. Thanks for listing the length of time of future Revolution practices so I can plan to incorporate them into my day! 🙂 Today is my 95th day in a row of Yoga with Adriene! WOOT WOOT! I am grateful and thankful for your yoga guidance. Yoga has truly transformed my life. Namaste!

  130. Hi! Thx so much for all you do. Can you offer adaptations/ variations for beginners? I am 75 pounds over weight and while flexible for my size certain things you do are just not possible for me at the moment. One example is the lunges. I don't know how to approach those and they don't seem to be going away, haha! I'm hoping I can keep up. I want to do this with all you tiny yoga people!

  131. Wonderful practice ! Because I liked pranayama very much and it was just what I needed today because I'm doing your practice at 5.30 am every morning. I Are we going to practice bandhas, too ? Thank you very much !

  132. Dear Adriene,

Greetings from Berlin! I also love to start my day with your wonderful yoga practice. Is there any chance to upload them one hour earlier? Otherwise it's difficult to get to work in time and feel all the benefits of yoga in the morning!
Lots of love either way, and thank you for this awesome Revolution you started! 😉

  133. I understood what you meant, when you said, at the end, "the inner body moving." I am not a chakra person and I don't (yet) fully understand what is meant by "energetic body." However, I understand this practice and I understand Revolution and I am getting so much from this. On Day 1, when you said this is about creating an experience, I heard & experienced it at the same time. I have been doing yoga a long time and even with you for over a year and with Revolution I am experiencing it in a new way. Thank you, thank you everyone who worked to bring this to us. This is wonderful. You are wonderful.

  134. So excited about Revolution! Due to life's demands I'm unable to attend any local yoga classes. Yoga for me is a contemplative practice rather than a physical practice. I find my practice to be a necessary part of my day. Life is a balancing act and for whatever reason yoga helps me to find stability in my day to day grind.

  135. So excited about Revolution! Due to life's demands I'm unable to attend any local yoga classes. Yoga for me is a contemplative practice rather than a physical practice. 136. Hi Adriene,

I really love the new "shorter" format. I can really stick with it...
I have to say Prana just killed me yesterday. I have muscles waking up that I didn't know of ^^.
So this morning (I'm in France), I did slightly cheat... I didn't do the Day 5. I'll do it tonight lol. Can't wait though, to see what you cooked us up.

    Much love!

  137. I have an intense sales job in Manhattan and have typically awaken up at 4:30am for my long work day. I've happily pushed myself up to 4am this year so I can start my day with the yoga revolution. My body's energy has been spectacular despite the early wake up time. Prana baby. Thanks Adriene & everyone else!

  138. LOVE THIS! LOVE YOU! I am constantly amazed as to the ways the universe gives us what we need. It truly does. My knee started bothering me at some point in my day yesterday, when I turned on today's video - AHH! the blanket for the love of our knees! How did you know 🙂
Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring!

  139. Thank you Adriene for this series. I love how you say set yourself up for greatness. And your approach with using the blanket, not because of bad knees but as an act of love. I will have that in my head when I need to use a block in practice. An act of love. I have never felt comfortable doing kapalabhat breathing, I always feel like I am doing it wrong, but with your guidance, I felt comfortable. My yoga practice has slacked a bit over the past few months -- I was told by my doctor to do more cardio due to my later in life diagnosis of scoliosis and it affects the way I breath, so I joined a boot camp gym for that and have noticed benefits, but it has been hard fitting in both yoga and boot camp, but I have been getting on the mat in the morning with this series and thank you for this. Much love and peach to you and this wonderful community. Nicole

  140. OMG, I've been watching Adriene for a long time. She is my yoga teacher at home. Now I'm a certified HoopYogini™ instructor. There were a few things new to me today. Like that breathing technique! Whoa! Not only an ab workout, but my breath felt like peppermint and cleared my nostrils. My body needs a really good stretch, for I do this when I wake up after my meditation. Thank you for helping me wake my body up every morning Adriene!

  141. Loved this pactice! It really did make me feel more energized! Ready to jump into my day! 🙂 Thanks Adriene!

  142. Hi! Is it possible to add the video times to the calendar. Or send them at the end of the email like you did day 4. I'm trying to do them in the morning before work and need to know if I need extra time any of the days. Thanks!!

  143. Thank you so much for sharing your smiles, YouTube yoga videos and awesome revolution yoga series. I think I am becoming a yogi, thanks to you!! Also appreciate that you included how long sessions 5and 6 were gonna be in your Day 4 email. Please continue to give us a heads-up as we continue this journey together. Thanks again!

  144. Thank you so much - I absolutely loved this video and feel amazing after a challenging day
    xoxo

  145. That was lovely. I definitely felt my energetic body and it was nice to think of the connection that I am having with you, Adrienne, and everyone else on this journey. Thank you!

  146. I'M NOT GETTING YOUR DAILY LETTERS! 🙁

(wrote it in capital to get your attention, I'm not shouting really :). I love your letters and if you can fix the problem that would be wonderful!)

    Thanks and HAPPY REVOLUTION!

    Love,
    Leo xxx

    1. Hi Leo - I just checked your email and we've sent all 8 days (so far) but nothings been opened since Day 4. Could you check your Junk or Spam folder? We really want you to read the emails. Thanks! - Chris

  147. Thank you for the way you teach! Some instructors I've taken classes from don't mention the little form and technique tips that you do...those little tips go a long way and I've already noticed a difference in my form and how certain motions feel better now. Thank you for this challenge and a community to be a part of!

  148. Bless you Adriene Keep up the good work. I love my morning practice with you as my guide. I am extremely grateful for your generous and wonderfully presented clips. Thank you

  149. Hi Adriene,
I am enjoying this practice immensely! I'm taking it at my own pace and honoring myself in the process. 🙂 It's day 8 or 9 and I just finished day 4, but that's working for me. As a 65 year old who has dabbled at yoga off and on I'm finally making it a priority. Some of the poses I don't hold as long as I once would have but child's pose is my friend, so it's all good.
Thank you so much for your good humor and excellent guidance!

  150. Slightly behind but loving day 4. If I have time is doing two in a day a tad too much or shall I just do in sequence and accept I'll finish sometime in February. So far I'm thinking I'll repeat this again mid year.

  151. Hey sweetie!!! I was doing number 3 yesterday and I almost started crying at the beginning.....not like this is awful it hurts, more like happy weeping (I couldn´t believe that was the same person who started watching your videos 2 summers ago). I decided I am doing number 4 in the MORNINGS because.....why not?! It is just trying one more new thing and change is the only true thing, right?
I did feel a lot of TENSSION in my "tyroid chackra" with the short breathing.......maybe I should focus more on relaxing the upper back and let if flow? maybe I do have a closed throat who is trying to tell me sth??
THANKS for being everyday here.......even when I am not ^^ Lots of love from Spain

  152. Thank you so much Adriene for your offering! I can tell you're really building something amazing, piece by piece, and I feel so safe during the more challenging parts with your positive and compassionate attitude. I had to start a bit later because of a trip but here I am, happy and determined to show up every day. In your email you mentioned HIIT workouts; I'd really like to hear you on this. Do you think it's possible to rely solely on yoga for your fitness/cardiovascular needs? Do you feel you need more in order to stay fit?

  153. Hi Adrienne, thank you for this and all your great classes. I did Yoga Camp last year and was super excited to discover you were going to do another 30-day series this January.

I was wondering if you had any recommended reading on the topics of yoga energy you mention in your classes. You use all these lovely terms, energetic body, upward flying energy, prana, and I'd like to improve my foundational knowledge.

    Thank you!

    - Jen

  154. Oh man, that breathing thing was intensely hard. I knew I was doing it wrong the minute I started to get an ice cream headache lol. But the rest was amazing as always. Very intense arm an ab workout today. Day 5 here I come.

  155. Oh well Adrienne...turns out I was not watching the most recent videos on YouTube...:-)...so tomorrow will do a new start...it feels so good that I must re-start...you know the saying "patients are often falling for their health care provide"...well I think I feel something here ;-)... it is Universal Love as it joins human beings together...plus my back is feeling soooo good now...So tomorrow back to square one to jump farther ahead after...your friend...Steeve

  156. Adriene! You are amazing. All of these videos make me feel rested, grounded, whole, and FABULOUS. I look forward to doing them every night after work. Thank you for sharing your passion with us!

  157. I wish you could have seen my dog's face (insert lab head tilt) when you started the fast exhale breathing.

  158. I started this 31 day challenge late, but I'm here and really liking it. Even with a massive head cold I feel refreshed and energized. Love that you are bring yogic breath and intention back to yoga - without the hyper aerobic pace.

  159. Thank you Adriene - I always feel more connected to my body and breath, and to the world around me, after I do one of your videos. Your humor and good vibes always bring a smile to my face!

  160. Hi,

This is the only email I have received this far, have I done something wrong signing up? I've checked my spam too and there's nothing in there either.

Thank you for all the great yoga practices!

  161. I am loving the Revolution! Thanks, Adrienne. I am not strong enough yet to do this every day in a row. I plan to do the whole program in order but will not be able to finish it in 31 days. Please leave the videos up after the month has ended?!? I love your enthusiasm, your gentleness, and your ability to calmly talk me through each video so that, suddenly, it's over and I've done it!!!

  162. Thank you for your classes, I so enjoy them! Every weekday morning I allow for about a 20 min flow before my day starts - would love to see some more classes of this time frame on your youtube channel. I use your longer classes for when my schedule allows for more time in the evenings. Also, I have enjoyed your vlogs about bringing your yoga "off the mat" and into your everyday and am seeking more ways to do so. Thank you for all you bring and share here, Adriene!

  163. Adriene, you are amazing. I live in a town full of highly skilled yoga teachers here in Oregon, and still I find myself recommending your classes regularly. They are the perfect balance of knowledgeable and silly, spiritual/philosophical and irreverent. Your explanations of poses are so detailed and helpful, always taking the stretch and breath to the next level.

One important question: I have only received one of the Revolution emails (and today is January 15). Is there any way I could fix that? Thank you!

  164. Thank you for a wonderful practice Adriene! I love using your videos to deepen my personal practice. thank you for being a fabulous teaching and creating such accessible practices for everyone! From a grateful working mother.

  165. Hi Adrienne! Thank you for a beautiful practice! Please keep teaching true yoga and don't worry about people who are only here for a workout. Energy body wants a workout of awareness too! So grateful!

  166. Thank you Adriene for that new year's gift! I don't want to miss a single day! You motivate me! Namaste!

  167. Adriane,
I have always wanted to do yoga, to practice it daily and thank to your revolution, I am so grateful I found you. I love your videos and it really makes me happy. Thank you!

  168. What a workout! Definitely the hardest day so far for me, but (as someone who is woefully out of shape) I couldn't have done it without you! Love starting my morning this way, it's doing wonders for my mental health <3
    Namaste

  169. I loved day 4 and tried it before bed instead of the morning and was happy with how gentle it was even though the postures have a lot of strength in them. Felling very grateful to be one of your online students. Thank you again.

  170. Hello Adriene,

Love, LOve, LOVE IT.......another terrific yoga practice!!!!! This one really woke up my entire body - lots of prana goin' on.

    Thankadankadoodleedoo,
    Lauren

  171. I'm a 62 year old female with several autoimmune diseases. I work at staying physically, mentally and spiritually balanced in order to maintain balance in all aspects of my life. Yogarevolution, as well as all of your practices, make so much sense to me. Thank you for helping me on my journey.
    Namaste.

  172. Dear Adriene,

Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina! I am so thankful for your generosity and for inspiring me to go on this journey. I love your work and the philosophical perspective you add to everything. Yoga is definitely not gym and that is why it is so awesome to have a Guide as yourself. God bless you!!!

    Namaste,

    Monica

  173. I was dancing around in the muscles of my belly when you commented about losing half of your subscribers to that comment. 😀 Lol!
I loved so much today's practice. I feel alive and well, which was something I felt less of before the practice today. Thank you, truly.
I am so looking forward to the next days! See you then.

    Marina

  174. 18/2 did day 4 today. Getting better at downward dog, can almost hold long enough. Shoulders a bit less painful.
Noticed when I go for walks am starting to stand tall without thinking about it. I usually have to keep reminding myself to straighten up.
Balancing pose can be quite challenging, but don't put my arm down to often so am improving.
Adrienne, your voice keeps me centred and relaxed. I am enjoying this program immensely, never thought I would do any kind of yoga.
    Thank you

  175. Hi Adriene!! Day 4 COMPLETED!!! Man that was some workout today, I almost died!! hahaha, but I made it! Thank you for today's lesson.

  176. Thank you so much adrian!
i am so proud that i made it to the day 4!
    feeling so good!

All the wishes and love from Japan!

  177. Hello,

I bruised my tailbone in a fall a little over half a year ago, and rolling up and down my tailbone is still not comfortable for me.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

  178. Dear Adriene,

You are awesome!! This is my Re-Revolution Day 4 and everything feels so new!! I am still struggling with my core, but managed. I love this prana practice, so important in and off the mat.

    Namaste!

  179. Hello! I recently found your online classes and started the 31 day revolution series, which has been brilliant so far, but after Day 5 my emails stopped coming. I'm not sure why, as I haven't unsubscribed, but do I need to sign up again to continue on the program? Many thanks 🙂

  180. I've committed to "round 2" of Revolution and am finding that I'm having an even deeper experience the second time around! Worrying less about what to "do" and connecting more with how it feels. Thank you so much for making this awesome practice available to us!

  181. Hi . I'm on day four. You made me cry everyday mama so far , so something is defo working for me.

It's very hot here in Andalucia right now , so I pan to go downstairs and make some of your yogi tea, and keep it in the fridge.

Un abrazo fuerte desde Espana. Patrick.

  182. I am new to yoga and I look forward to each day I can practice. Today was Day 4 for me and it was quite challenging, I had to modify a few poses. It's all good. Thanks so much for sharing! Looking forward to Day 5! Thanks for doing what your doing!

  183. Hi Adriene,

Thank you for the taking the time to create this fabulous course :). I really enjoyed the e-mail for the session today. It is great that someone is really emphasising and educating on all sides of yoga and the importance of this for true joy and good health. You are helping to provide people with some great tools for healing on all levels :). Thank you @>--------

    1. I wrote that before I'd done the session. I've just finished today's session, wow! Thank you 🙂 I have done yoga on and off for years and kept going back to it due to reading all the benefits. I've always struggled to keep up a regular practice, as have never found a teacher that incorporates the whole of yoga, we are usually going through poses without the extra information/ education/ awareness to be connecting to that energy, so i've never really felt the deeper benefits. I'm finding this course amazing and a real challenge both mentally and physically on the days where it's physically demanding! 🙂 Great and interesting experience.

  184. Thank you. I just completed this video and loved it. I noticed that my breath was like the tide coming in and going out. Never thought of that before.

  185. Hi, I just started the 31 day challenge in October. I have been on chemo but now that I successfully completed that nightmare, I am focusing on building my strength back. Yoga with Adriene has always been my favorite.

  186. Adriene, this is my second go around doing Yoga revolution. I am really connecting to your themes and vocabulary. Do you have any book suggestions that will help me further my understanding of some of these concepts? ( Prana, asana, Nadis, etc) Thank you for everything you do!

  187. I started the yoga revolution in October, now on day 5. Today I could feel the "Prana". I wouldn't have known that's what it was if you hadn't called attention to it.

  188. I had a really hard time with this one. Specifically being in table top and reaching forward and back, touching toes. Keeping my balance was nearly impossible. It was very frustrating. Also, the "lizard pose" and the offering of doing that in several different ways (plank). I could not follow that. It was difficult to know which way we were supposed to go while trying to actually watch what you were doing. Normally I find this challenging but enjoyable. Today it was just plain frustrating.

  189. This series is such a blessing. So enjoying being able to start my day with this practice.

  190. Took my students on a field trip outside today in the heat and was exhausted by the end of the day. Came home and took too long of a nap and felt even more tired. Didn't think I would make it to get this video done, but I soldiered through it and feel so much less tired. So amazing what your videos can do to my energy levels. Thank you Adrienne! 🙂

  191. Every day look forward to these great sessions! Thank you for your time, knowledge and humor! It's so appreciated in many different ways!

  192. Dear Adrienne, you grow my addiction and curiosity for yoga...I started with 30 days of yoga in Germany, now continue with yoga revolition in Kuaöa Lumpur and Langkawi. Thank you so much for opening this window for me. You are truly an encouraging teacher!

  193. Wow! I am completely new to regular yoga practice. I committed to daily Yoga with Adriene for 2019 (first Dedicate, then the Feb Calendar, and now Revolution). Haven't missed a day, and I love it. But something NEW happened today! I have ulcerative colitis and woke up very crampy and achy in my guts. The crampiness went AWAYduring the practice - wow! THAT has never happened. While the cramps are back again since stopping, I will think about how to integrate pieces of this into my DAY to see if I can keep the cramps at BAY (yup, that rhymes). Happy Valentines Day and thank you.

  194. These moments are so good for my body and soul. Still, however, I struggle with arthritis in my hands... any suggestions? Many thanks,
