Reunite With Your Core Center

Reunite with Your Core Center will invite you to focus on activating the parts of the body that not only tone but also support stability. Although there is a focus on the core in this video, this practice is not your typical “get ripped” or “washboard abs” exercise sesh. You know me. It’s about consciously returning to and building both muscle and connection at your core center. We do this so that we can deepen and grow our practice, but also to tap into an inner strength that will carry us throughout the day, improving posture and relieving fatigue.

Join me for this 19-minute yoga core practice! Breathe and center yourself at the core to welcome mental and emotional stability as well. Get ready to lovingly generate some core heat and reunite with your center.

Let’s go!

Let me know how you are feeling in the comment section down below!

Namaste.

  1. Phwoar. I'm feeling pretty strong after just finishing up on the Empower month but those I dream of Genie boat twists had me beat.

This one definitely keeps my puny abs humble!

    Thanks!!

  2. I have been currently been using the TRUE series at home. I saw your website and wpiu love to get started on the Revelation series. However, the link doesn't work so it has requested my email numerous times.

    Can you please advise??

Thank you and love your classes!

    Kind Regards,
    Alana Rixo

  3. I love Sundays ! Especially when I receive your weekly email! The video you propose is usually always what I need that day !

I also have a question for you: Could you please recommend yoga teacher trainings in Europe please ?
    Thank you !

  4. Loved remembering that I have abs. Also I need those leggings! Can you share the brand?

  5. You've changed the way I approach ab engagement, easily my least fave. That part where you said talked about following through spoke to me on all levels of everything I have to do today 🙂 Thanks for a great reminder of where our deep powers lie and the mindset that helps us access it. Happy Sunday!

    1. Adriene,
The yoga you provide so freely is just what a 70 year like myself needs. Your yoga sessions are so appreciated because thru this practice I encounter much needed peace of mind, body strength and flexibility. I will continue to practice for as long as the Lord will allow. Please accept sincere thanks. PS, I am a Texan too.

  6. OMG! this was hard!!!
Nevertheless, I'm glad you enjoyed your latest experience! If we can be joyful for someone else's happiness, then, we are done!!
    Love you and leave you!

  7. This was just what I needed today. I have been off my mat for a few days with illness and emotions that have left me drained and lost. I needed to find my centre, find myself again, reconnect to me, to you (Adriene) to our kula... I'm still emotional, but in a good way now. I found me again, hello me and welcome back, I've missed you.
    Adriene, thank you

  8. Awesome practice. Powerful stuff on all levels. Shout out to you for showing up everyday!

  9. It’s crazy the way you connect with me at the right times! I was lying in bed this morning being a bit growly at my core and how disconnected and blah it feels... and I open this email and tadaaaa you nail it every time ♥️

  10. Thank you! This was a great way for me to re-center after a hectic month and before another busy month - busiest in years! (My kiddo starts VPK this week!) 🙂 I will return to this one.

  11. Thanks You! Doing this during full moon season and uses it as part of change agency. I was definitely focusing not just on my core body, but the core of who I am. The perseverance, the loving myself, the connection to my needs, the improvement little by little. My favorite part was during the boat twists when you said support doesn't just magically appear, I have to activate and recruit the parts of my body. Its really where I am right now and incites me to get past my passivity. Namaste!

  12. Perfect session. Too wet and windy for Step-ember walk after work so this was an ideal/better alternative. Thank you

  15. Hey Adriene!

I absolutely love your videos! Thanks to you, I found my love in yoga which has absolutely changed my life.

I am traveling to Austin TX for a Women in Renewable Energy conference in February and am hoping you have a class I can register for. Will you be in Austin teaching the week of February 17th? Let me know if there's a better way to contact you!

I hope you see this! haha!

    Thank you!!!!

    Much love! 🙂

  16. Amazing quick core workout! Sometimes i have trouble focusing and need something quickpaced and this one ROCKS!

  17. This is great and really good to remind me about my core especially now I cannot go to the gym because of social distancing under coronavirus - thanks Adriene for all these wonderful videos - you are framing my day start and finish!

  18. Adriene - Thank you for making yoga so accessible, so grounded and real. You have made this "quarantined" time so much better when I can escape through your videos. Also, Benji is the best. I wave to him while I practice as if he can see me. 🙂
