No Fear Yoga

Fear is a part of life, but if we let it take control it can often leave us feeling like we are constantly struggling, second guessing, dropping the ball, letting ourselves down and indecisive. It can also cultivate an imbalance in the energy of body that can quickly form into - anxiety. Yoga rules, anxiety drools. Let go of that which does not serve you and step into your power with this fierce NO FEAR practice.

Great for those wanting to trim and tone too. Use your breath and return to this practice again and again to see how they mind and body work together anew - each day!

  3. After a one month hiatus from yoga, I decided to try this video. It was a little more of a workout than I expected! She lost me with Warrior 3! Overall, I enjoyed and agree nice to hear the birds in the background!
