  1. Thank you for the lovely email introducing this video. It's Sunday, my rest day, can't wait to try this out before the day is done.

  2. I am so glad you are doing many great things for others. I started with your 30 days of yoga practice about a year and a half ago. I did it inconsistently but in my mind I wanted more. I never finished all 30 days however, I understood enough that I began to do some of your other videos from YouTube. I suffer from sciatica and arthritis. I should be heavily medicated however I don't like putting all that stuff in my body. One afternoon after a very painful day. I stood there with the pills in my hand wishing here was another way to deal with the pain. I could hear a voice reminding me that yoga is the answer. While in extreme pain I got my yoga mat and my iPad. I started doing one of the yoga for weight loss videos. I figured since I'm going to be hurting I might as well do yoga rather than sit in the sofa in pain. Of course I modified some parts but I made it through the entire 35 minutes. I fell asleep shortly after that session with you but when I awakened I felt 50% better. That's when I knew I should pursue my yoga practice. I have been pretty consistent for the last 2 months and I am losing weight and feeling better. I still have pain but always take my yoga practice with me. I am truly grateful and I pray that you never stop because you are changing lives. Thank you and namaste! God bless Adrienne.

  5. I actually cried at the end when you said to give in to the day. Break up blues coming in strong. But thank you for allowing me to be with myself and be okay. All the love from Massachusetts <3

  8. Hello Adrienne,
Thank you so much for everything, I love yoga and it is thanks to you.
I love it so much that I would like to train as a teacher. Now, I read on some blog that I should first choose what type of yoga I want to teach... My answer was easy: I want to do the kind of yoga Adrienne does! So my question is, what "kind" of yoga is it that we practice with you?
Thank you so much again, Namaste

  9. Hi Adriene - can I ask you a question please? I have been practising with you for two or three years now, and love your teaching. Recently I decided I wanted to have a go at developing a headstand practice, and used your amazing video to do so - I was really pleased that it started building well! I stay by the wall, but more times than not now manage to get up steadily. However, I began getting twinges in my shoulders, and now have problems with rotator cuffs in both shoulders, which I'm pretty sure is down to headstand practice as nothing else has changed. What have I been doing wrong? I don't want to stop practising! Many thanks

  10. Beautiful and Loving Peace Practice, thank you Adriene ...and to everyone in our Global Community seeking a New Way of Being Together in Harmony! Calm and Glorious Light to All!

  11. Thank you Adriene. I enjoy each practice I share with you. I have learned so much this past year starting with your 31 day challenge that started on Jan 1.

  12. another great video as usual!
i would love it if you did more meditation videos, like the"inner peace" one. I go back to that video everday, to find my 'chill' 🙂 how about a 7-day meditation challenge?
    lots of love and hugs,
    namaste.

  13. I really appreciate you giving us the June Calendar (A Little Goes A Long Way). I get so confused and lost in a day. I need someone to help organize me. It helps me to reconnected to my Yoga goals.

  14. Adrienne,
I start everyday doing yoga with you and this starts my day on such a positive note.
I discovered yoga a little over a year ago taking classes at a local gym, but I found you and I decided I preferred a home practice wherw I can do yoga anytime.
Thank you for bringing a positive light into my life, you are awesome!!

  15. Just what was needed, so good. Sore and stiff this started my morning well and calm

  16. Hey Adriene!

Thank you so much for the videos, they are helping me a lot and I'm sure they are helping many more people around the world.

I hope you enjoy your trip to Nicaragua, it's a small but nice country.

  17. Love this adriene.
Cannot wait to give it ago.
    I love reading your emails.
Namaste! Peace and love. Natty xx

  18. I love this practice, definitely a new favorite. Thank you so much for sharing!

Would you be able to do a vlog or regular blog post regarding your yoga mats? I know you discussed mats in one of your old vlogs, but the mats you've been using this year (the black one from Revolution, the blue one, and the dark green one) look like they're the same brand. As I'm in the market for a new mat, your opinions/insights would be much appreciated. Thank you!

  19. Dear Adriene,

Thank you for this yummy practice! I really needed this chill!

    Jai Namaste,

    Monica

PS: I love your weekly e-mails!! Thank you so much!! <3

  20. Hi Adriene,

I love getting your emails but no longer use my old gmail account they were going to. I've tried signing up with my new email but I never get the emails and they keep going to my old gmail. I've tried unsubscribing from the gmail address but have been unsuccessful. I'd really love to continue getting your emails but want them to go to my new email address. HELP!
    Thanks and namaste,

    Jill

  21. Thank you so very much for sharing your love of yoga and your beautiful teaching style with the world. Your videos introduced me to yoga, allowed me to try it out in the privacy of my home, and I am now hooked. Yoga provides significant relief from my arthritis pain and I can't thank you enough for that. I now do one of your videos every morning with my whole family (the kids fight over who gets to pick the video we do) and again at night by myself. I also appreciate your sense of humor and that you always keep it real. It makes the experience so much more fun. Thank you!!!!

  22. I have been doing your yoga video's for some time now. Last week I lifted a bag that was heavy and this resulted in me having a wedge fracture. I have osteoporosis and was wondering if you do yoga for people with this condition. The fracture will take 6-8 weeks to repair. I need to do something that will be gentle on my back and also to keep the rest of my body moving correctly.
I'm not sure that I'll get a reply as I'm sure you get lots of emails asking for advice.

    1. So sorry to hear about your injury, Bren. You might be happy to hear that Yoga for Osteoporosis is already on Adriene's list of requested videos. 🙂

Wishing you a complete and speedy recovery.

  23. Dear Adriene. Thank you so much for all the yoga, wonderful.

Do you have a suggested sequence for osteoporosis? I see that it’s on your requested list.

    All warm wishes Wendy

  24. I have been joining Adriene for yoga for most days these last six months. I have osteoporosis, and have realized that many of the forward folds, downward dogs and weight on the wrists is too much for my frame. Like others, I'd be thrilled to see a Yoga for Osteoporosis series. There really isn't much online for people like me -- and I'd love to be able to continue getting strong in a safe way.

Any idea when this video, which it sounds like is in the works, will come out? Looking forward to it and hopefully more!
