We also wanted to let you know our german shepherd - Wilma - gets a lot out of your videos as well. Normally she's totally crazy but your voice has a very calming effect. She lies on the couch behind me breathes deeply along with the routine. Hopefully you have the same effect on Benji!

Thanks for the wonderful videos. I have always wanted to practice yoga but could not follow along and felt out of place. You do a great job with beginners and I can say with confidence that I now am a yogi. I have been practicing since July and can feel myself progressing and reaching further than I ever thought possible. You have inspired me to re invent myself at 52. I would love to be an instructor when I retire and will be doing lots of soul searching in the next couple of years to see where the spirit leads me. Thanks again to you and all involved with this site. Ya'll (yes I am from the south) are awesome. Happy 2015!

Hi Adriene! Merry Christmas and a Happy new year! I've just started waching your videos and I love them! You make me so happy! I want to have yoga in my training "program". Before I found you I powerwalked and did some abstraining as my exercise. I don't want to loose weight I just want to take care of my body. Powerwalk is great because I get tired but I also feel good. When it's rainy and cold and don't feel like going out. So what kind of yoga should I do if I want to get tired but not loose weight. Because I guess that the weight loss videos is the thoughest ones. And what kind of yoga is the best if you think you're starting to get a cold but you really want to exercise?

Benjamin is ADORABLE! my going-on-14-year-old-mostly-yorkie helps me do yoga. He will encourage me and love child's pose (he thinks it's the play bow) and corpse pose (time to cuddle up with mom)

Hi Adriene! Happy new year! Love your videos. I have a request-- would you consider doing a yoga video for post-natal moms? Specifically those with diastasis recti? I ask because there are a ton of postnatal yoga videos out there, but most of them include lots of poses that moms like me, who have diastasis recti (and there are lots of us! Like 30% of all women get this post-pregnancy!) shouldn't do, because they make the muscle separation worse. If you'd consider doing a short little vid on that, that would be awesome! And I'm positive there is an audience for it.

I would also love a diastasis recti video and/or series. Doesn't need to be labeled as post-natal only, if that is too specific for your audience. However, a video series that can be used for post-natal, and/or some videos you've already made that are good for ab conditions such as diastasis recti, would be greatly appreciated. Many common yoga poses are not appropriate for this condition and/or can even make it worse!
Adriene, have you lost Blue? I'm so sorry. I've been all over him in your clips. I hope that didn't open up any wounds for you. I love you right back, and I feel awful about this.
