Gentle Relaxing Cozy Flow

This easy, breezy, feel good floor practice is designed to help support you in any mood. It will move the body in all four directions to help you stretch out, feel balanced, and gently move energy. End your practice with some relaxing pranayama.

  6. This was so lovely. The breathing was especially helpful. It reminded me that I hadn't really been taking the time to do thoughtful, slow, inhaling and exhaling (like my counselor had suggested I do daily!)
