Hi Adriene,
I completed your 30 days of Yoga and loved it. I am now committed to doing something everyday from your site. You really make Yoga fun and I love your playfulness and sense of humor. I purchased your 30 days of Yoga and have it on my smart phone so I can take it with me when I travel. Thank you for all your inspiration, time and the resources you have put into your video's. It is very cold and isolating up here in Minnesota during the winter months. Practicing yoga with you warms my body and my heart. Namaste, Diane
Dear Adriene,
I am a 70 year old who has done yoga in the past and am planning to get back into it as a sane way of exercise and regaining touch with the Tao. I have watched several Yoga programs looking for the one I wanted to follow and have picked yours Adreine.
You have a very good style. I like your jokes, your relaxed friendly rap, and your style of Yoga is very true to what I understand Yoga to be about (being "organic," listening to your body, non-straining or trying to force yourself into a posture that someone else can do, and a practice that brings you joy).
I appreciate your videos and thank you very much.
Regards,
Mike R.
Hi,
I am starting the 30 Days of Yoga from 8th Jan 2015. I am suffering from Tennis Elbow pain. Please suggest if I can do all the exercises mentioned in the videos. Please suggest in case I have to ommit any specific asanas.
Regards
Srini N
I just found your 30 days of yoga I see I am a couple days late but I am exited to start with day one. I have been battling with high Blood pressure for a long time and I am rather young. Tired of taking prescriptions I am excited to see what this can do for me!!! Yay!! Thank you!!
Hi Adriene I loooove your videos and website, that is why I want your advice. As I'm sharing my flat with a friend I just have space in my bedroom to have my yoga sacred space. I don't know how to start with my bed, my desk and my books. Please give me suggestions, pics will be really helpful!
All the best in this new year!
Hey Adriene!
I love your videos. My partner and I are doing the 30 day challenge with you and we are loving it.
I have a question. I feel like when I come to the mat I do really great things for my muscles, but during the rest of my life I sit, stand, walk, and lay in unhealthy ways. Then when I return to the mat I feel like I've undone all the things I practiced before. Do you have advice for how to be mindful of how you're moving throughout the day so that you're always caring for your structure and muscles?
Thanks!
Christine
Hi Adrienne,
I stumbled across your you tube videos recently and I am in love! You are a wonderful instructor and your videos are great! I was wondering if you might be able to include a short sequence for post-run stretching? Something maybe 10-15 minutes with some hip openers, hamstring, calve stretches, etc? Or if you can recommend a particular video you've already posted that would be extremely appreciated!
Best yo you this new year!
-Laura
Hi Adriene!
I really love doing yoga under your instruction, and I am having so much fun finding what feels good. 🙂
I have a quick question. Of all the muscular parts on me, I have large calfs. All of the standing or flat poses do not bring me any trouble, but when sitting on my heels, legs crossed or in extended child's pose they definitely cause me grief. Do you have any ideas of how I could make those poses work best for me?
Love your 30 days of yoga videos!!! Is there a way of getting them and other clips on dvd to play on my tv so that I can follow you on a larger screen?
Elizabeth- there are a number of devices you can buy to connect your computer or tablet to your TV. My husband and I have one called AppleTV, and it connects directly to YouTube so I can access it from my TV, or I can connect my ipad and it will display on the tv screen whatever I can see on my ipad.
I just found your videos in dec and am doing your 30 challenge. For me it is a challenge but im loving it. I know its a journey and im hoping to lose weight but am really enjoying not aching so much. What a difference!!! I look forward to the day it all flows together a little easier but i didnt get the way i am overnight so i cant expect a fine tuned body in a week either. Thank you so much for your videos..... You really do make us feel comfy on this journey. Im hooked!!!
You know what would be super cool? If there was some way to filter through the YWA vids (like an app or something) to come up with the perfect video for you today. Like you put in you're feeling stressed and it comes up with the quick stress fix video, or that it's night time and you get the before bed one. Or even that you would like to do lots of downward dogs and it could come up with all the different videos that feature downward dogs. Just a thought.. Love your work! x
Hi Adriene,
I just stumbled upon your website as I (along with countless others) embark on some new year's resolutions. Yoga is one of them! I just completed your 1st video of the 30-days of yoga. I feel amazing! I just wanted to say thank you! I'm looking forward to the next 29 days and beyond....
Thanks - Jamie
Hey Adriene,
A big fat THANK YOU VERY MUCH to you lady. I have been doing yoga with you for a while now, and just love it, along with your blog. I love having my special "yoga time" and was practicing every day during my pregnancy, but fell off the bandwagon after having my lil baby Ava in September. But back on the bandwagon in a big way now and 30 days of yoga is such a great way to kick off the new year! Thank you for your vibrant, positive and fun nature, it brings a smile to my face every day.
Lots of smiles and happiness from Australia
xx Lulu
Adriene!
I've been watching your videos almost weekly for a few months now, and I just began Day One of your 30 Day Yoga Challenge!
I feel able to be more myself with your guiding voice, and I just wanted to personally say thank you!
I believe most of us understand that the manner in which you lead us through your video sessions must be somewhat different than how you are able to explore by yourself, as a yogi trained in the nuances. I just wanted to suggest that you make a Peek Into Private Practice kind of video to maybe also pull back the curtain on your own private practice. I actually just have a simple question (and thought you could provide a video respone? What!) ; do you find talking to be necessary to staying present and balanced in your private practice? Or does silence become more important at that point?
Hope to hear back from you soon!

Hi Adriene,
We're coming to the close of 30-Days of YWA and I just wanted to take this moment to thank you so much for a wonderful 30 days. Last year I attempted to begin the Reboot series, but, unfortunately due to some serious health issues including an aggressive progression of degeneration throughout my spine and cervical that resulted in irreversible nerve damage throughout my entire left side that has also resulted in seizure like symptoms I had to stop after the first video. But, thanks to the help of my doctors and physical therapist I was given a release to restart my daily yoga practice that began with 30-Days of YWA. Each day I found myself regaining strength in my core and in my body as well as the sense of calm that I used to have. And while I know there are many very good yoga instructors our there, and I used to go to one a long time ago until she moved away, I never found another one I loved following until you. Truly, you truly bring a sense of encouragement, inspiration and FUN! Thank you so much and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with YWA with February's "Find What Feels Good", restarting "Reboot" and adding a few more of the YWA yoga videos to practice. Namaste 🙂 <3.
Yo Adrienne sorry had to do it. I'm a seasonal construction worker laid off for the winter and was looking for something to stay in shape. I'm on day 16 of your 30 day challenge and am loving it. I love your encouraging words and laid back approach. Speaking of back mine has never felt better. I almost feel like I'm taller now too. Kinda weird. Anywho thanks again and keep up the good work. p.s. Your husbands a lucky man.
Hi Adriene,
My name is Trish and I am from Ireland. Myself and my mother are so excited about finding your videos online. I am currently in the middle of my 30days of yoga (Day 13 today.. ) I am loving it. I feel I am getting flexible now after two weeks. I am a beginner to yoga so I am excited about doing the foundations of yoga videos when my 30 days are finished. My mother does your gentle morning yoga sequence and the bedtime sequence every day. We are loving it... Keep up the good work....Thank you.
Hi Adriene!
Yoga keep calling me and I finally pay attention thanks to you! I´m starting by doing 30 Days and I´m LOVE in it!!! Going in day 25th now. I´m also bouncing back from a very difficult health problem and there are no words enough to describe the inner and deeper conection you start creating and developing with yourself, the profound experience that interact feelings, body sensations, thoughts, spiritual conections, etc., that sum up in: "Find what feels good". Life is tough, just got sick again. Hard but nothing permanent... Guess what keeps me going? Going back to the mat, finding the video that suits me for that moment... "Yoga for when you are sick" and "Yoga for stress relief". I´ll be healthy because "My inmune system works perfectly". Thank you SO much for helping me this much. One of the highlights of my day: waking up and metting with you, so NAMASTE... Love you!! Cynthia
Hi Cynthia - I can totally relate to message as I too have struggled with some permanent health issue but after a long battle I was finally able to revisit my mat and began with Adriene's 30-Day Yoga Challenge. And it was around day 20 when I began to feel the both inner and outer strength again. I owe all of that to Adriene and our Yoga Community. I too thanked Adriene and many times over. When I visit Adriene's home town again I hope to have the opportunity to thank her in person. That all said, congratulation on yoga journey and so happy to hear that your health is on the right track again. I wish you all the best and NAMASTE! 🙂
Hi Adriene - I am a Hatha yoga teacher, and I have never been able to do a home practice consistently until I stumbled onto your site. I started back in December and have been doing the 30 Days of Yoga, and I absolutely love it. You have amazing energy and talent for this, and I am very grateful for all you put out there. Many many blessings to you and yours. 🙂 <3
I just finished day 20 of your YoutTube program 30 Days of Yoga and I feel remarkable. In fact, I missed two days and oddly (or maybe not so oddly) I was feeling a little angst! Well, after today's practice and a core workout, I am back to balanced! ONLY way I can describe the feeling.
Thank you.
Hi Adriene,
I discovered your videos on YouTube when I was looking to ease my err lady pains.. I did your Yoga for ladies session and man I felt good. Far nicer than pain killers yay! Since then my boyfriend and I have been doing your 30 days of yoga sessions and absolutely loving it. It is so nice to be able to do this on the floor in our bedroom, any time! Also, it's a little lame, but your warmth and friendless is lovely on those grumpy, blue days hehe! I am a super busy primary school teacher and I have really struggled to find a way of easing stress at the end of each day without drinking lots of wine! These videos are bliss at the end of a hard day.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Sending thanks and love,
Katie
