  1. Absolutely love this. I will come back to this one often. Also, I am enjoying the sprinkling of literary quotes throughout Adriene's videos. Brings a whole different element to my practice.

  2. I got the song verse. One of my favorite musicians, Carole King! Love this practice. Adriene, thank you for making yoga a part of my life again. I find it incredibly easy to do this every morning. I do not think of yoga as a chore anymore. It has truly become a part of my routine every day and I thank you for keeping it fresh.

  3. You mention being "soft in the elbows" when doing the first plank of this practice. What do you mean by that ie: are you suggesting that the elbows are bent? Where do the inside crease of the elbow face - forward or inside. That's something I often hear disparate instructions about. Not sure which might be the best for the shoulders. Can you please clarify?

    1. I'm thinking she wants them slightly bent and crease forward...if too much on shoulders definitely listen to your body and maybe even lower the knees, no shame 😉

  4. The Earth moved, the sky and the finger tips came tumbling down! Doubling up Days 14 and 15 due to this chest cold which is a graceless business and robs me of precious breath. <3

  5. Thank you, Adriene! I woke up feeling so anxious this morning, but his practice helped strengthen me physically and mentally. I was very tempted to skip the practice, craving instead to just curl up in bed and dwell in my anxious thoughts. I am so grateful I didn't! I especially loved the part when you told us to find humor in our mistakes instead of always putting ourselves down for them. That helped me a lot, especially when I made a few mistakes during this practice.

Also, love the Carole King reference! My dad got me hooked on her music, and we listen to her together. A calming memory to soothe my anxious feelings.

  6. I have come back to this "Grace" for time #2.. and it worked!

Love the practice, & tho I am am a couple weeks behind, no worries!

We've all go the flow of practice, thx to Adriene!

    Blessings to all, Lia

  7. Adriene, These daily sessions with myself (with you) have made all of the difference in how I am living in the world. I am more patient and kind and have almost stopped using negative comments about myself when I do something dumb. You have helped me embrace love for myself and this is enabling me to be more generous.
All of this to say - I am happier and look forward to my daily time with you and everyone else who is fortunate enough to have found you.

  8. Dear Adriene,

Following a recommendation from a friend who lives in the US, as someone relatively new to yoga, I have been joining you for a practice every day during the Covid-19 lockdown in Spain.

Since we haven't so far been allowed out for any exercise, I've been looking forward each day to the sessions which, together with your positive attitude, provide a morale and physical boost making being "locked down" much more bearable.

Even though we can start going out for exercise from this weekend, I'm definitely going to complete the full 30-day experience and am very grateful to you for posting sessions of such high quality which are also free to access.

  9. I used to find little motivation to do daily stretches. If I was planning to ride my bike, I just hopped on and took off. After practicing with you through this Covid time, my body is more limber and I’m reaping the rewards of stretching. Thank you so much, Adriene, for the joy and grace you convey through your guidance. Today is the 44th anniversary of my bicycle ride across America and I’m ready to celebrate... with a bike ride!

  10. I agree with comments above, getting on the mat is not a hard part at all now, I am looking forward to it every time. Plus now I have a weekly gathering with 2 close friends who live far, we all get online, one of us shares her screen and we all do yoga together following your classes. This couldn't get any better!

  11. Greetings from Tucson!

Thank you so much for your passion and love for this world. This practice today took the sharpening edge off of today. My partner recommended this series to me, and until I started she kept saying "I think if you get out of your head, and into your body, the anxiety and stress might not be so heavy." I feel that now. Thank you so much for showing me the strength of connecting with my breath and body.

    Best,
    Michael

PS Thanks for the Carole King reference 🙂

  12. My sister told me about Adriene and Benji. I have done a few individual sessions but this Jan 2021 I wanted to do 30 day challenge. Wow this has been awesome. I needed the mental aspect as much as the physical. I absolutely love you Adriene you are such a talent. I enjoy every moment of your classes, your encouragement and your inspiration.
I do my yoga in Canada and I am so thankful to have found you. Missed Benji today...hope he is well.

  13. These two days Space and Grace (Trust) landed just perfectly when I needed it the most.
    Gratefully Mia
