  2. You know, I have never really considered taking yoga to help with my lower back pain. It seems like a really good idea though. I am usually a big fan of the holistic approach, and this looks like it is going to be right up my alley.

  3. I am a beginner and looking for ways to relax because I stress a lot. Currently am checking out your lower back pain video. I hope it helps.

  4. Honestly, this saved my life! I've been having insane muscle spasms in my lower back and this felt so yummy!! Thank you for all that you do Adriene!!

  7. After a long break from yoga - trying to find the right teacher - I was on the point of giving up when I found your videos. I have soooooo enjoyed them and try to do one every morning. I have got a crunchy back and your video for lower back pain is just wonderful and has significantly eased the stiffness and pain. All I can say Adriene is thank you thank you thank you and please don't stop making videos or else I am going to have to consider uprooting myself and coming to live near you (that is not meant to sound creepy or stalky in any way!)

  8. ADRIENE I JUST LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. THIS ONE IN PARTICULAR IS SO AWESOME, I'M KEEN TO DO THIS ON A REGULAR BASIS TO FINALLY HAVE A FLEXIBLE BACK AGAIN.

  9. Where can I get a copy - to use at home (dvd)? (in case I don't have internet)> How much? etc.....
    Thank you

  10. I've been looking for ways to get my husband more into yoga.. he doesn't want to go to a studio, so I'm going to send him the link to this video! You should consider making a yoga for guys video. I know some people who that think they are too tight for yoga to help, or that it might hurt. They just need to try it regularly and at their own pace and they would feel the difference! Thanks for all the amazing videos!

  11. THANK You for this great sequence! I feel so much better!
I also suffer knee pain but I can't find a yoga sequence to relieve it. Could you create a yoga sequence for knee pain and quadriceps muscle-development?
thanks a lot for your videos!

  12. I LOVE your videos! I like that they're free and I can do them anywhere. I recently had three herniated discs in my lower back. I will never opt for back surgery, but rather a more holistic approach like yoga. This video is quick and loosens up my back and mind. Thank you so much for sharing!

  13. Hi Adriene! Thank you so much for the great videos <3 I was wondering if you also have a remedy yoga for students sitting at the desk for hours... My knees and back and legs sore and hurt a lot, especially knees. Do you have a yoga magic for that? Thanks again no matter what <3

  14. Just what I need at the end of this day working at my computer... Can't wait to get to my mat!

  15. Hello Adriene,
I just tried your yoga exercise for the back.
I have never been into yoga, but some of my friends practice it a lot.
I don't feel comfortable in a class setting, so when I saw your video I thought I would try it. I have been having terrible back pain, and never have in the past. I am small framed, and have always been athletic, so its been really hard to accept this pain.

I feel better already! Thank you for the casual method that you use. I really like your style, and will continue trying it.

  16. Thank you, Adriene! My back has always been weak. I was feeling really good because I do yoga with you every morning, so I forgot about my weak back. I lifted entirely too many groceries last night to take into the house. I woke up with a very tight back and had trouble taking deep breaths. This video got me back to feeling good. Thanks again!

  17. Adriene, this sequence is amazingly helpful. I've been having "issues" with my right hip flexor for about the past month (too much car travel, desk sitting, etc.) and this sequence lovingly, gently coaxed that little muscle right out of its tension! Plus, I just love your "bedside manner" --- the way you converse with my poor, ignored, unattended-to body is so charitable, so kindhearted. Thank you. 🙂

  18. Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I haven't been able to do yoga for weeks because of my severe lower back pain and I tried this out and it helped tremendously. I thought nothing was going to work! Can't wait to integrate this into my daily yoga routine to loosen everything up and combat the pain.

Thank you for your awesome videos!

  19. I have severe lower back pain and sciatica, and it flares up every once in awhile, and it just makes life difficult. Today it has been really bad, and even sitting at my desk at work, I am really struggling. I keep a yoga mat at my office for days like today, and I found this video on YouTube, and it really helped. I may end up having to do it a few times today, but any relief is welcomed. So I just want to say thank you for this, and thank you for the relief you provide through your videos.

  20. This is my 'go to' yoga exercise when my lower back is sore. It works every time.
I'm so glad that I found this video 😀

  21. This practice was amazing and just what I needed. Am a huge fan of your work Adrienne, you allow me to bring yoga into my home and my life. For my physical and mental health, I thank you.

  22. Thank u so much! Ten minutes into this practice, I suddenly heard a release sound on my left back side, and after finishing I felt completely relaxed.

  23. Thank you so much this was amazing was also relaxing so that I could actually go back to sleep I hope you know you’re appreciated

  24. thank you I pulled a muscle in my back and we're under lockdown here.
    these videos helped a lot

  25. This is SO relaxing. I love your videos. Your low back ones (I think you have another, too?) are so therapeutic. You have an amazing poetic approach to your practice and it really relaxes me! I've done yoga my whole life, many different traditions, and I just love your personal and embracing energy. Thank you for what you do!
