  7. Hey yo! As a largely retried triathlete who now trains mostly for my own well-being and entertainment, I wanted to ask: have you or could you do a Yoga for Swimmers? Like in yoga, alignment and breathing are key for swimmers, as is a consciousness of body position in the water. I would imagine such a practice would focus on opening the shoulders, but would also address core strength, breathing,and head,neck and spine. You are a delight. After years of banging myself up being hard core, I enjoy yoga because of you.
