  1. I loved this today, was feeling really poorly yesterday so day 21 was hard for me despite it being a more restful practice. Today I really enjoyed stretching out in the warrior poses. I do think that showing yesterday helped me get through this bad fever though. So Thanks so much . Namaste 🙂

  2. Wonderful practice today! I really enjoyed getting into Savasana too, when I'm usually thinking about all the things I have to do. I really love this challenge!

  3. Hi Adriene and 30 Days of Yoga Community!

I did this practice after a wet run in the rain/ snow today!
I really felt connected the flow of energy today with this practice!
This was a great way for me to connect and heal the sore muscles in my body and any lingering thoughts on my mind.

Thank you for this amazing experience!
    Rock on!

  4. This was day 22 for me and my first time commenting. I love love love this practice. Did I say I love this practice. lol. I am 55 years young and I am off work for a sore lower back. Decided with the guidance of my chiropractor to start doing light yoga. That is when I found you Adriene. I also have a bad knee and some of the moves I have a hard time with when it comes to my knee. But all in all I am so happy and becoming more and more flexible and strong. I also started weight lifting. So thank you, you are so sweet and have a great way of making me want to do my practice every morning with you.

  5. Loved today's practice - challenging but not too much! Thank you again for sharing your gifts with us. Namaste

  6. DAY 22: And feeling really cool after completing today's practice! Loved the warmth generated by the body as these poses went into full warrior swing and have been enjoying the chatarangas that have been instrumental in getting the wiggle under my arm to slowly tighten up. Thank you Adriene for creating such a beautiful sequence of poses from Day 1 - 22 and I'm sure as we head into the final stretch that we will be even more excited in anticipation of what is to come! You rock Adriene and have been my rock as I reconnect with the needs of my body, mind and soul! Thank you from the heart!

  7. Wow. Exactly what I needed today - this felt awesome and empowering. I especially loved the balancing pose in the squat-type position. I do that a lot unconsciously when I'm tired of standing at outdoor workshops and the like, so when you had us go into that position I was already there, with my hands off the floor, not even looking at a single focal point, and perfectly balanced! And I thought: Is that how all my other balancing poses should feel!? How great it would be to feel that confident in Tree or Eagle or any of the other wonderful balancing poses that are out there. Definitely something to strive for, and something that I didn't even realize until today that I was capable of.

  8. Day 22 - Very restive and relaxing. Did not get a burn actually. No balancing poses except for the squatting one on toes. No tough poses. Slick and smooth.

    Thank you so much Adriene!

  9. Morning yogis from London! Today has been such a great morning so far, woke up at 6am and walked the dog over the park, came home to do day 22 of yoga and feel amazingggg. I struggled yesterday after leaving my yoga session until after I'd stuffed my face at lunch so I was really lazy, and today was just what I needed. My stretches were so juicy, I really enjoyed today. Still can't believe I've managed to stick at this for 22 days! This is the longest I've ever stuck at any physical exercise or movement. I am so proud of myself and can see why so many people have incorporated this into their lives.
Thank you so much Adriene, this has actually changed my life.
    Namaste everyone! x x x

  10. I was tired before practice and thought: Oh, I don´t want to do anything this evening!
But I did do my workout and then yoga! Doing yoga helps so much during working out! It´s much easier to push through a hard exercise.

  11. I loved this so much I did day 22 twice in a row. I have to mention that at the end you made a very small comment "Even the challenges are there for a reason" and that TOTALLY resonated with me. Today I was able to release the tension of the challenges in my life and find peace in those same challenges. Sometimes the small things you say in these practices really have the most impact. Thank you 🙂

  12. I'm with Jennifer above. Loved day 22. I woke up smiling this morning and it dawned on me. I haven't been this many 'shades of happy' for so many consecutive days since I don't know when. When you said, 'find your joy', I did a float forward from a new place, a happy place! Thank you Adriene...love!

  13. Thank you Adriene. Allways so nice to do the yoga class with your guidance.

  14. I'm on Day 22 and even on those Saturdays when I've gone for a 6 mile hike in AZ and skipped... I did two days to catch up on Sunday. I love your style, Adriene and how you guide us in our practice. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us.

  15. Thank you thank you thank you! You are my best online friend and I've been inspiring others to get on board too... feels so good to be back in my body and back on the mat after far too long... Thank you for the laughs and the strength and the energy... You are awesome sis*star! Namaste and Arohanui from New Zealand! xxx

  16. great way to start the year. Thank you for your sensitivity. I am stronger , more open in mind and body. Great!!

  17. I am glad you receive such an outpouring of love from so many people. You and your approach to yoga are truly amazing. You are helping so many (including me) to live happier, healthier lives with less physical pain and worry. Thank you.

  18. It was great today. My first uninterrupted practice. Well I had to wake up at 5am before all the kids wake up. Usually, they wake up when I'm half way done and that can be anytime. Feel really great. Thank you, thank you Adriene.

  19. Hi Adriene! There was truly something special about this practice today. I feel myself more level headed and self aware and the transition into savasana was a different feeling that any other practice I had on these videos. For some reason, day 21 was hard for me to focus and I finished feeling unsure of my practice journey. Today's video restored that faith and I feel rejuvenated to finish strong! Thank you so much....these videos are truly a gift :).

  20. Adrienne, I look forward to seeing your smiling face every morning. Thanks for helping me get through radiation treatments.

  21. I am new to this experience. I have tried yoga several times in the past, but it never really took. Crampy feet, lack of flexibility, intimidation at all of the other people who were "better at it" than I am. I crowdsourced some recommendations for a good home practice series, and Yoga with Adriene was recommended at least 8 times. So I tried it. I started with the 30 days of Yoga series, and wondered whether I would stick with it. Here it is, day 22, and I can feel changes in my body. It's a challenge, but I am seeing progress. And it feels like coming home to a friend. Adriene, your teaching style is exactly right for what I need. I love how you show various adaptations for people at different levels. It helps inspire me on to the next level. It's in that vein that I bring a question to you...

I love how you have different videos for different things - Yoga for Musicians, Yoga for the Brokenhearted, etc. I'm wondering whether you have any tips or tricks for the short-armed. I have (proportionally speaking) really long thighs and calves, and short arms, and a short waist. I find it impossible to bring my feet through from down dog to a lunge. I can't walk my feet up to my hands - I just run out of space. I can barely get my right elbow to the outside of the left knee, and feel like I'm going to pop out in all directions. I suspect as I become more limber, in time there will be some improvement, but the sad fact is, I don't think my arms will lengthen enough for me to be graceful about some of these pose transitions. Can you recommend any adaptations to help a short-armed, short-waisted gal move a little more gracefully? Thanks for everything you do. I'm so happy to have found you!
