  8. Minnesota has been beautiful. But I suppose that is relative. We had 55 yesterday and expect 52 today! March in Minnesota, we feel that all things are suddenly possible when the sun shines!

I was giving myself a hard time that after gettng through 30 days of True (it took me 50 days but still felt like a big success) I hadn’t kept up the daily practice. So your message about a fresh start was just what I needed to read this morning. I got straight on the mat, and enjoyed twenty minutes for me. Thank you.

First time since March 3rd...I had printed the month of practice and somehow got derailed....this was a nice way to right myself and get back on the tracks...I missed the centering and calm that your practice has provided...even with our two puppers hanging out and 'helping mama do yoga' most days. Keep up the great work!

  30. I was wondering if you have any yoga videos for women who have had a hysterectomy and pelvic repair surgery? I would so love to learn yoga but I’ve been told to avoid many of the poses as they strain the pelvic floor. Any advice would be appreciated!

  35. Great workout. I have been doing YWA for a couple of years now, on and off. I am 63 years old and have one issue that I can not get done. Going from down dog to a lunge is impossible for me. I always have to move the leg up with my hand. Is it because I have about 10-15 extra pounds or is being short an issue in doing this? Thank for any info on what to work on to be able to step the leg up to a lunge.

It just reaffirms the importance for me to spend time daily doing my yoga practice and I LOVE and am so grateful for Adriene to help me focus and get back into practice.
