Yoga Rinse

Yoga Rinse invites you to the mat to wash away the day or welcome a fresh outlook. This is a great 15 min yoga practice to begin anew! Use it to return to the mat or use it to find peace on a rough day. You are in the driver's seat. Shift. To be happy is to be healthy! Take this time on your mat for you. Stretch, soothe, connect both mind and full body in a way that feels good. Workout and bliss out.

Enjoy!

  1. Howdy! I just finished day five of yoga camp and am hooked and in love with it. Yoga isn't new to me, but I love your approach, style and technique. It all makes sense when I see that you are from Austin! I lived in Austin for several years and currently reside up the road in Waco. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to what's to come!

  2. Love your yoga adriene , started it a year ago and it changed my life x would never be without it x I recommend that everyone does some yoga x

  3. This is fantastic! The past couple weeks have been super busy and stressful for me, and daily yoga went bye-bye for a bit; this is such a short, easy, relaxing flow to get me back into the groove. Bonus is: A) that it wrings me out like a dishcloth, which feels great after the unhealthy eating I've been doing; and B) I love the leg/lower back/shoulder stretch that it gives! Thanks so much, Adriene--you're the best yoga teacher I've encountered, and you make home practice easy, accessible, and enjoyable. 🙂

  4. I had a wonderful, heart soaring experience at Bethnal Green, London last month, thank you Adriene. I love every video I have practiced so far.... This one in particular as I have a busy and challenging job. Can you offer yogic guidance around depression at all, perhaps a sequence to support me and others living with this. Thank you.

    1. Yes! I completely second that--I'm hoping to try to wean off of my antidepressant after nearly 2 years of medication, and I would love to have a yoga series to help with that!

  5. Hi Adrienne!
    Love your videos!
Wish: Can you please do a video on how to treat pcos for women <3
Me and my husband struggles with this and cant get pregnant because of my pcos. I've heard yoga can help.
I need to get my periods going.
    Hugs Madeleine

  6. Hi Adriene, I have been subscribing to your videos since 2012 and you have changed my perspective on yoga from becoming "just another workout" to an added layer to my life that's since helped me deepen my practice and discover the best parts of myself. Thank you for continuing to help others Find What Feels Good and spread such a great message to all. All the way from Philadelphia Pa.- Namaste
