  1. I like your yoga sessions very much!! ...and I´m waiting for the next "30 days yoga " after yoga camp & revolution...

    Thanks from Germany

  2. Adriene would you consider making a wedding morning yoga video? I love your videos and would love to incorporate one before I start getting ready 😀

  3. Loving your free videos as always! Just wondering if there was any chance on a video for meditation preparation. I usually go straight to mediation after my daily FWFG calendar practice and it's usually great, but I also do a bit of hip strengthening and spine/neck exercises so that I get my legs into position and feel straight and relaxed in the spine. Just a thought, thanks so much for your videos!

  4. Adriene! I wanted to make sure I thanked you as much as I can. I recently lost my job and I have terrible anxiety. I started watching your videos again and I always feel so much better afterwards. Thank you for helping me through this rough patch

  5. Adriene, I have a question. I am very very new to YOGA, been doing the 30 day Revolution (on day 9)and 20 minutes Yoga weight loss, but I found that the second week my stomach seems bloated, where the first week I noticed a significant loss of weight and in my stomach. Am I doing something wrong?

  6. Hi Adriene! I love EVERYTHING you do but I am now 27 weeks pregnant and having a hard time with your videos. Wondering if you can do a modification series for pregnancy? Hopefully by the next time I'm pregnant you'll have one...no rush I know you have TONS of requests. XO

  7. Adrienne I just love your classes - have done the Yoga Revolution and then 30 days of yoga and am now just picking and choosing "whatever feels good"! You are a wonderful teacher, inspiration and guide. I feel good every time I follow one of your classes! Thank you!

  8. Hi Adriene, my hubby and I have been following your videos for about two years now and I was wondering what else you incorporate into your workout routine. I see yoga for runners, swimmers, cyclists ... but do you do all of that? What does a week's worth of your personal workouts look like? Or are you just doing yoga?

  9. Love this thank you Have recently embarked on an increased HIIT training adventure but have done less yoga as hard fitting it all in. I am missing the yoga (my body and mind and spirit obviously telling me that it's good for me and not to stop) but I have realised that I can apply the shorter yoga sessions for a warm up, and yummy cool down like this.

  10. Hi Adriene!
I love your yoga videos, but haven't found one for seniors with arthritis. I am 69 years old and have arthritis in my knees, hands, feet, hips...most everywhere! I do what I can when watching your workouts, but was hoping that you might have workouts specifically for seniors with arthritis. I look forward to hearing from you!

  11. Adriene,

I love how you provide us with yoga for ever situation! I did the pre and post-run today with my run and they were so GREAT! Thank you for sharing your time and energy with us and reminding us to always be grateful.

    Cheers,

    Janel

  12. Hi Adriene! I'm doing the Revolution again this July (Thank you). Just finished Day 8 and you mentioned studying more about the feet. Have you any info on plantar fasciitis? I'm a runner and this has been bothering me now for like 4 months! Thanks. PS. you rock.

  13. Hi Adriene,

You are such an inspiration. Thank you for all that you are and all that you share with the world. I was wondering if you will make a video to help quit smoking and or dealing with addictions. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and struggle with addiction as a coping mechanism. I do want to take the step to make this lifestyle change. Hope you can share some tips to help.

    Love & Light,
    Jade

  14. I used this for pre-cycle ride yesterday, then the practice for cyclists afterwards. Have to say I feel less achy than usual. Thank you

  15. I've recently returned to running after injury and have incorporated the pre and post run yoga into my running routine - I love it! I have been practising yoga daily for the past few months now (following Adrienes videos of course) and I am excited to find new ways of bringing more yoga into my life! Thank you Adriene for helping me re-connect to my practice. Namaste x

  16. Wow, just came in from a run, needed to stretch and found this! Amazing, I love your videos and find the sessions so positive and always finish feeling hopeful and grateful.
    Thanks Adrienne,
    Jane x
