  2. Hello Adriene! I am getting my parents into yoga!! They are in their early and mid sixties. Do you have a nice, gentle, first time yoga practice that would be good for them?

    1. Hi Shelley. My husband and I (60 and 67) just finished Adriene's 30 day challenge, and it was fabulous. Lots of things we couldn't do - especially first time - but Adriene is so good at putting you at ease and having you find what feels good that it was not intimidating. Of course - my crow has a broken wing, and my half moon is definitely obscured by clouds, but slowly,slowly - it will come. Yoga has become part of our daily lives now!

  3. I am so enjoying yoga thanks to you Adriene. and attempting to do this daily, it is helping me with low back pain and a very stiff sacro iliac joint. Also helps with reducing stress after a long day at work. Liz in Andover, Hampshire UK

    This video is super helpful for my spine, I work standing up at a coffee shop 7-8 hours a day. Is there anything specific (video or pose) that you can suggest I do daily? I think you're great,Thank you!

    In the past I was a big yoga fanatic & very proficient at most yoga poses. All that changed in 2009 when I started to get very sick. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Epstein Barr, arthritis & migraines in 2012.
    Roll forward now to 2019 & though not better or cured I feel a little more in control of things, but my body does not. I so, so want to get back into yoga, but of course my body is so out of condition. I have tried a couple of classes & just found them way too much.......So I am so grateful that a friend has directed me to you so that I can take my time & go at my own pace in the safety of my own home. I have just completed your video for a Healthy Posture for a 2nd time; And though I am finding it hard I am able to do it. So it is a start.........Thank you:))

  6. After many years of working at a desk/computer, I have developed very poor posture and resulting back stress/pain. Can you recommend a practice or video that would speak to correction and development of good posture? I am recently retired and now have time, I've done yoga in the past and have recently completed the 30 day HOME program. But I haven't done yoga regularly for some time.
