Yoga for Cyclists is a great one for cyclists, but you don’t have to be a cyclist to get the benefits from it too. This practice is for anyone who is wanting to tend specifically to the calves, glutes, lower back, mid back, upper back, and chest.
It is an invitation to really check in with the sensations of the body as you are moving through the poses. Notice what your body is telling you as you move your body on the mat, and off the mat too.
