  2. Hi Adriene,

Love your yoga and do many practices with you, I have a question..... What is best practice for someone suffering with chronic planter fasciitis? I've had it for over a year now and just can't shake it.

Cheers Matey. (Kash from down under)

    1. i would also love to know as i've had the same condition for 7 months now.... ugh. and have been doing your yoga "religiously" since January 1! yay1

    2. I also have plantar fasciitis and am currently getting Shock Wave Therapy (sound waves). Reportedly has a 90% success rate. Recommended to have 3 treatments and it was not sore when I woke this morning after one treatment. Warrior poses helped to keep the foot stretched.

    1. Just what I needed....been off the mat for far too long. Thank you for all that you share. Namaste.

  3. Wow, that was a tough one for me today and that is a good thing sometimes. i'm sure glad i watched your Halloween video on the wild thing pose first, Thank You so much for everything. Namaste

  4. Hi Adriene! Just the right time and place your email reached me! Haunted and overwhelmed by all the tasks and studies I found myself actually dull and browsing through instagram... Sometimes it is hard to to jump onto the mat even if you know that you should. Especially if you lack patience like I do so often. So thanks for coming up with a short „get yourself together“-session right now! It was awesome! Best from Germany

  5. Good afternoon Adriene from the UK.

  13. Since I've started doing yoga with you three years ago, I've never had a dull moment. Always letting go of the things that I can't control and choosing to embrace and face those that I can. Yoga is a wild thing! Namaste!

  14. Your videos help create joy. I especially noticed when I had to take a short break due to “life” and not feeling well. Just starting to get back on the mat. Thank you for sharing your gifts.

  15. I am expecting a group of my dearest girlfriends this week for a long weekend so my husband and I have been working hard, daily, sprucing up the place. However, I've still done my YWA and meditation, plus getting out for a bike ride a few times. This morning I thought I have to take my Tatem, (family doggie) out for a hike So we did, left out at 7:00, back by 9:00. Feeling a little bothered that I didn't do my YWA I kept telling myself I could do it this evening. Well, at 7:30 pm I did this weeks Never a Dull Moment, so fitting for my life! Thank you Adriene for helping me to feel filled up, feel good, and feel good about myself. You are a powerful, positive force!

  24. I don’t know what I’d do without you and the at home yoga practice!! Thank you for continuing to post these free yoga practices, it’s changed my life and my children. You are a lovely human, and the best yoga teacher....truly inspirational!

  25. You are the best teacher out there. I used to follow you for over two years, and a couple of months I tried something else - an expensive app with crappy videos. My love for yoga almost disappeared. And I haven't practised regularly in the last few weeks.

Then this lovely video shows up in my mailbox, and the moment I'm on the mat with you - everything changes. Thank you for leading the way so my light can shine through. You saved my life once, and you have changed it forever. Now I'm going to follow your daily videos again. Thank you. Namaste.

  26. Hi Adriene!

I have two dogs that love to do yoga with me, do you have any doga videos?

    Thanks!

  27. Happy Friday Adriene! the cleansing lions breath is always my favorite! helps me to really let go of everything and to reset my day 🙂 Many thanks my friend!

  28. Just what I needed this morning, a quick yoga blast to wake me up - definitely going to watch the wild thing video now too! x

  29. Hi Adriene! Freedom Glow is missing from your May Manifest playlist. I found one called Freedom Flow on your channel but the length of video doesn’t match up. Which video is it supposed to be for May 26?

  30. Perfect. Exactly what I needed to start this cloudy day in Los Angeles. New to yoga and your videos and notes are very helpful. Thank you. Namaste.

  31. Hi there

Been struggling a bit with yoga practice. Recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis and find some moves difficult for my knees. I'm still at it though as I love to practice and need the feeling of balance it brings. Any advice?

    Kathy

  32. I have nothing to add that other loving souls haven't already expressed, but still I have to say it : "HOW do you always know exactly what I need?!?" ... I can trust you explicitly, and cannot ever thank you enough. You really and truly have changed my life. I've been practising since last November, daily for a good while, but since getting a terrible six-week flu and starting a new career, I haven't yet found my new groove/routine ... nonetheless, this yoga means the world to me and I keep sneaking it in when I can ... blessings and wishes for good fortune for you and everyone on your production team. You are doing the world a favour, and one it sorely needs. Namaste

  33. Hi Adriene! WOW! Another short session that really connected with me. I start my morning with water, journaling and 15-30 mins of you each morning. And the energy, love, balance, and peacefulness is flowing through me like never has before. I can trust that your practice and teachings will take me to where the universe is leading and I'm able to hear the little voices and soul aches to take action. Your practice has slowed me down and allow me to take time for me which has brought many great blessings and new adventures due to it. This "never a dull moment" practice is added to my weekly rotation for sure. Thank you. Namaste.

  34. Never a dull moment for sure!!!! Thank you Adrienne! You as always are an inspiration..Be well, and NAMASTE!

  35. Bit late coming to the mat for a retreat weekend but boy that was an amazing few minutes of my life - I feel fantasitc now. So I ask myself, once again, why don't I do this everyday when I know how great yoga makes me feel? Crazy. Love and Blessings to all.x
