  1. Hi Adriene! Just a quick question. When connecting nose with knee, you stress not to put pressure/tension on the neck. How does one lift up the head and not feel the tension in their neck?

    Thank you!

    1. Hi Michele, just wanted to share my own experience. First couple times I did this video it was very hard, but eventually I stopped thinking about it and it's just all working now 🙂
      hope you're doing great!

    2. Use a blanket to prop your head up. Adjust the height by folding it to what works best for you.

  2. Hey Adriene! I love your videos. I would love to see a video for tight shoulders! I find that my shoulders are tight in many of the poses (even child's pose). If you talk about shoulder stretches in any of your current videos, can you point me toward those please? Thank you!!

  3. My Gentle Yoga teacher tells us to lift with the heart, slowly bringing the tops of the shoulders off the mat. Then we bring the nose to the knee. I used to keep all the movement in the neck. When I changed over to lifting with the heart first, that helped a lot.
    I hope that helps.

  4. Well, this video makes it official. You're officially my go-to & favorite yoga instructor.

  5. I agree with Sara, I am officially a believer. It blows my mind what you can do with yoga. I am absolutely in love with the connection I am building with my body 🙂 Thank you for being such a great teacher!

  6. Thank you so much! I find it incredibly relaxing before going to bed, and thank you for being so easy when talking about getting rid of things, which no longer serve us. This video definitely worked on purpose!
    As always, you are amazing.

I just want to say that you are the best! I did your 30 day challenge recently and really enjoyed it. Since then I have been randomly picking videos daily. Thank you! Thank you for doing these. I wish I was in Texas. I would join your yoga studio.

Regardless of that, I love your energy. Much appreciation to you and I will continue to do yoga with you!
