This 22 minute yoga session designed to help you feel good! Hop on your mat to stretch your body, tap into conscious breath, and get your endorphins kicking!

Meet yourself wherever you are and embrace it! No perfect scenario or pre-requisite necessary for this session.

Looking and feeling our best sometimes requires checking in on our thoughts about how we see ourselves and how we work with our bodies. Experiment with these poses and find what works for you so that you can step into the rest of your day embodying your best self.

  1. I started the 7 day trial earlier and have completed it in 8 days since I was under the weather mid way. Thank you for your videos if not I would have never been able to start a habit. I enjoyed them and for the last 2 days, combined the last 2 videos.
    I’m not sure if this is the right place but may I suggest a reminder to externally rotate our shoulders in downward dog or plank? I have shoulder issues so I found this helped me

  2. Hi folks
    After a shoulder surgery last dec. It’s hard to go back on the mat. Thinking of downward facing dog..... autch. But while reading adriens new letter today it gave me courage. Have fun on the mat even if the dog is not a dog as befor the surgery 😉 just do it.

  3. I am doing a running challenge to raise money for the UK Homelessness charity, Shelter, this month.. I set a goal to run 60 miles during April (am on 40..and this is the most I have ever run, I repeat EVER!!!).... As well as the usual beautiful soul therapy, THIS WAS HEAVEN FOR MY LEGS!! You have completely changed my attitude towards yoga. I used to think it would be too hard, that I'm not strong enough, that I'd need expensive clothes and a certain diet to really do it. Now I'm on the mat whenever I can, looking forward to seeing your happy smiling face and feeling encouraged and looked after.   16. Thank you Adriene. I have discovered (3 months after the incident) that I have a broken ossicles accessory bone lateral of the cuboid. It is so tiny but causes so much pain. Since I'm not allowed to begin running as I had hoped, my daughter who loves doing yoga with you, suggested I too begin yoga. This short session was beautiful to begin with. She is right, you are gentle and I know that when I wake in the morning with my new waking ritual/habit, I will begin my day with you. SO excited! Going to raise my foot now. See you tomorrow.

  18. I'm not one to leave comments, but today I feel compelled to do so to let you know how much I appreciate you and your videos.

    I did this video today because not only I have vacation blues, I just found out a 39 yr old cousin just passed away. Despite my sadness and not wanting to go back to real life, I felt a sense of home doing your video and a sense of happiness and peace that got me teary eyed and the need to tell you how grateful I am of your soul and positive energy. I'm sure you hear that often, but hopefully you never get tired of that!

  20. I have been a fan, a dedicated user of your wonderful website, your teaching, your wisdom, your humour, for about 4 years now, a life changer. Thank you! One small problem: you tube doesn't work on my old iPad. So I used to just punch in, zoom the play window larger. Now, with the fixed header at the top of your beautiful new website, there isn't enough screen space left to see properly. Now am watching on my iPhone. Still grateful to see you at all. I assume it affects your revenue stream, it's better for you if we all watch on Youtube. One of these days, when my income is more stable. And my practice deeper. I'll sign up to your FWFG channel. But I assume there as well you prefer people to watch it via Youtube? Still, your courage and heart and strength and love creates a great example, great teaching for us all. Thanks again!
