  2. I am not a nurse, or a nun, but I am a pet groomer and because we are in the holiday season every dog needs to look pretty! I have been very busy this week and when this video popped up i had to do it because i was too tired for any other workout.

  3. I was making excuses to not do yoga today, and then BAM! A practice for nurses! As a night shift RN, I couldn't say no! And I'm glad I didn't, it was just what I needed. 🙂 Thank you Adriene, for putting all that love and goodness out there for us.

  7. This was fantastic. I just worked 5/7 nights, all 12h shifts, so it felt really good to stretch & twist! Bonus. My 10yo daughter did it with me so now we both feel great!
