    You have an aura around you that evokes positivity and calmness even from the way you present every video!And yes you are very funny and joyful! I have a question though: How can we bring this magic into our daily lives when we step off the mat and we may encounter stressful thoughts, negative thoughts inside us at work, at daily routine?When it seems that we are hijacked from the thoughtstream and emotionstream?

  28. WOW! I LOVE this one! I have been having back pain, when I get up in the morning I am in pain. I do this video and afterwards the pain is gone! Now I am doing it at night too. Have been doing this every
    day for 3 weeks and never get tired of it. (except for the beginning. Would be nice to have it without
    Halloween. Since I continue to do it! ) Thank you for this video, and all of your videos. You are right, it is magic!!

    I am fairly new to Yoga and Yoga with Adriene is by far the best yoga videos that I have found for beginners.

    I have been doing yoga with you for 3 years. I have not missed one day since January 1st. 1 am 54, have had two knee surgeries and one spinal fusion. You have given me my life back. Thank you! 🙂 I also do how ever many more minutes it takes each day to get to 90 minutes total of work out by adding in my spin bike. I am a STRONG and healthy and happy middle aged woman and I can't thank you enought!
