Yoga for Golfers

Yoga For Golfers is a 20 minute yoga sequence to help you improve your game and find balance in both the mind and body. Find core stability to increase your golf swing, increase range of motion, build awareness of muscular imbalances, and prevent injury.

Open the hips, the shoulders, increase flexibility in the spine, and improve proprioception & mental focus. This Yoga For Golfers practice is a fantastic gateway to the wide range of yoga tools for healing, strength, and balance. Appropriate for all types. (Even non-golfers!)

    So appropriate that I open this email today…my husband is going golfing this afternoon! My son has been telling him he should do some yoga…so maybe this might be the catalyst for him 🙂

    Hello Adriene! I wanted to thank you for reminding me about that wonderful Randy Newman song in your letter today. I haven’t thought of that song for years and I listened to it today. I first heard a version of that song by Judy Collins more years ago than you are old. What a gem. Hopefully I will never have to be reminded about the importance of human kindness. It’s how I try to live my life.

    Dear Adriene, I have been practicing yoga watching your videos for a long time now and i am grateful for that! I wanted to ask which of your videos can someone practice after a miscarriage and when bleeding hasn’t fully stopped. Thank you in advance!
