Yoga for Creativity

Yoga For Creativity is a special 41 min class. Focus on the power of creative energy with this full practice.

In this practice, Adriene uses the tools of pranayama, mudra, asana, and mindful meditation to guide us. Find depth of breath, trust the process, and allow room for creativity.

Creativity comes in so many different forms and flavors. It can benefit so many different types of people in so many different types of ways.

Loosen your grip, find your focus, and fall into your flow.

Connect to the big picture, condition the body, and Find What Feels Good.

  10. So glad to hear that you are coming to the UK! Is it just London you'll be based in? Would love to take part but live down in the South West of the UK and can't make it to London.
Thank you for making yoga so accessible and for providing so much free content!

  11. Come to Calgary, Alberta - we would love to see you! Love, love, love your style and grace. You even managed to get my less than enthusiastic husband to do the 30 day Yoga Challenge and he LOVED it! Be well, be happy, be safe and enjoy your Roadshow. Love and peace from Calgary 🙂

  14. Feeling so grateful for this practice as I've been open to more creativity in my life! Truth is, I'm grateful for every single practice I've done with you since late last year! I appreciate all of your reminders on breathing and form, especially elbow creases FORWARD!

    Thank you and Benji!

  15. I cried when you said ‘if you have pinkies’. You are such a thoughtful, kind person and I really appreciate your work! I’ve been doing at home yoga for twenty years and your classes (which I discovered in January) have deeply improved my life. Namaste Adriene!! Love from Edinburgh

  16. Adriene - safe travels across the pond! I routinely do the Gratitude Practice video as it speaks to me. Please take the roadshow to New Orleans!!! The Big Easy is waiting for you and I want to "be in that number" from The Saints Go Marching In!!!

  17. Feel better Adriene! I hope you feel better. Drink lots of water! Your practices mean so much to me, I have been doing them regularly for 3 years, and they help me mentally and physically! I recommend you to all my friends. Get strong soon. Be well, Kate

  18. Hi Adrienne,
Love and namaste to you and Benji. I am from India, 57 years old and pretty stiff and inflexible. I did what I could but I'm facing a lot of difficulty.. cannot stay in plank or downward dog for too long, impossible to swing my foot to the front of the mat from downward dog. Even sitting in Sukhasana is difficult as I cannot fold my right knee for long.
However, I am persevering and hope I will gain more flexibility in the days to come. Thank you and bless you for your videos.

  19. Dear Adrien
When are you visiting Switzerland please? I am schüre, Airyoga.com in Zurich will have a room....

    LOL Regine

  20. Namaste Shark Fin - love it! Totally giggling along with you this morning 😉

Take care and all the best for the Roadshow.

Thank you for being a constant source of light and love in this crazy world.

Hope you feel better soon xox

  21. Hi, love your videos. Would be great if you could warn at the beginning that it is a wrist heavy or knee heavy routine as lots of people have injuries or weak joints and begin a program and then get disappointed that its not a routine that is cut out for them. Thanks!

  22. Thanks for making me go back to yoga. I used to go to classes after work but I got back home too late so I stopped but I missed my yoga. Looked and looked a way to go back and then I found you, thank God!!! Now I do yoga with you every morning at 6:00 AM before taking my son to school and going to work afterwards. Is just flexibility for 40 minutes but is the best beginning of every weekday. Your comments are funny and I smile every time a hear them. You are a good teacher and easy to follow. My goal is to do one of your heavy classes and see if I can do it.

Good luck with your cold and keep on helping us. 🙂

  23. You are truly an inspiration Adriene! Have a wonderful European Roadshow. They will love having you there.

  24. Thanks so much for all the awesome practices, uplifting comments, and slip-ups
Hope you are well soon, and enjoy the roadshow. I ❤️ Yoga!

  25. You’re amazing. Every time I need to be lifted up, I find exactly what I need in one of your videos. Thank you for being you!!

  26. Creativity and the giggles... What a combination of positivity. Love yoga, love your enthusiasm and love how my body loves yoga... Total and utter loveage... Is that a word lol... Take care.

  27. What a beautiful class! As always, it is just what is needed. I don't think you'll be doing a Roadshow to Malawi, but please know that you have a group of very loyal friends and followers in the Warm Heart of Africa!

  28. I really had to laugh SO HARD about the tail-allegory 😀 The creative flow in the end with the unexpected transitions made my day! Thanks a Million for another gem practice <3

  29. Thanks again Adriene for a great and LOLling practice 🙂
    You're the best!
    Take care,
    From sunny Israel.
