  1. Thank you Adriene! I just came to see the other bedtime yoga video, to find a new one here! I love your bedtime yoga as it helps me sleep even when I'm stressed! Very much what I needed right now :). Night night

  2. I have been a Yoga with Adriene fan for 3 months now, and, Adriene, you are amazing and inspiring! Not only are you helping me lose weight ( looking fine for the holidays), but also lowing my blood pressure and other levels you don't want to be high! I feel a million times better because of you. I appreciate every video I have done with you not regretting one, except the first Day 6 six pack abs. That one hurt! Now, I can do it with minimum struggle. Thank you again; you are changing my life for the better! See you on the mat. Namaste!

  3. Can you make these videos available for download? I have no internet or phone service at home and I really like your videos I'm a beginner and would like to get into it. I've got the 30 day yoga challenge going but I'd like these other videos as well i.e. Yoga for beginners and bedtime yoga. The bedtime one worked really well for me

    1. I am hooked on your You tube sessions-the bedtime Yoga is absolutely wonderful-no more insomnia thank you, Namaste.

  4. Adriene, so perfect for bedtime....I just finished video and feel like I am floating on a cloud!...ahhh Thank you for a sweet way to end our day and make time to get cozy, sleepy and relaxed.

  5. Wonderful! This really helps my insomnia and hoping I can get off of my sleeping pills if I keep this up.... I believe!!!

  6. Love this bedtime routine.

I have a question for you that you may or may not be able to answer. But here goes: Yoga to reduce hot flashes. I know you are too young for those, but I figured that since I love your instruction, you may be into making a gentle yoga routine to reduce hot flashes for menopausal women. (I know that I should eat healthier, which I've started to do as well.) Thanks so much.

    1. Sadly, I have found that although yoga will help me a great deal with sleep, it didn’t help at all with the night sweats or hot flashes. Five days ago, after looking into natural remedies, Vit E 400 iu, reduced mine by at least 80%! Look into it, hope you find it helpful as well.

  7. Adriene, would you consider doing a yoga nidra sequence? Probably wouldn't make the most exciting video, but I enjoy your style and would love to try it out.

  8. Merci beaucoup 🙂
From the other part of your continent, this is a big thanks. It's not just that I make Yoga, it's that I make yoga with you. You give me energy to do it, even when I don't feel like doing a practice. Thank you.

  9. This is a wonderful yoga for bedtime. I know your video has truly helped me get a better nights sleep. Thank you

  10. such a nice way to relax. I'm writing a paper on school nutrition around the world and some of the research made me so sad...but now I think I can get to sleep. Thanks Adriene

  11. That was awesome. But I figured it would be, with such an awesome name 😉 I was just searching for a bedtime routine, and up you popped on Google. Thank you so much!

  12. Hello from Montreal, Canada 🙂 Just wanted to share a little something with alI of you. Right after the holidays, I went through the worse path of my life...That experience left me with no energy to fight and I though I was lost forever. Long story short...My best friend being a single mom lived too far away but she would call as often as she could. Then one day, she sent me an email that said, "Trust me, you have to try this" link to that message was the link to Yoga Camp. The first 6 or 7 tries were very difficult since I had no energy and hardly ate nor slept. I would cry during and often after the session. I was exausted and hopeless...But I never gave up. I continued and after 2 months, I had done the 30 days which for me was unimaginable. Today, 8 months later, I am here. Strong, healthy, aware and loving my life. I do yoga 5 times a week now :))) I cannot tell you how far I've come. I have been blessed with an amazing friend, a caring doctor and a beautiful angel, Adriene. Merci du fond du coeur ❤️

  13. Thank you so much Adriene, your yoga classes are amazing. After a gap of many years I am doing yoga again and loving it. I feel I am missing something in my day if I don't get to do my yoga practice! Hugely beneficial. I am recommending your website to friends and family in Ireland. With very best wishes and thanks from Ireland.

  14. Hello from Australia-we love your yoga sessions -your beautiful spirit shines through Namaste

  16. Hi Adriene, I did this last night before going to bed - I am in a period when I am a little stressed out for work and I noticed that my quality of sleep improved indeed - so thank you!
I am no way as flexible as you are, I wish to be on day, how much yoga and which kind of do you think I should do in order to become a little be more flexible?

My daughter, who likes to sleep in because she works hard, tells her daughter
    “Mamaste in bed”

  18. This video has become an integral part of my nightly routine. Not sure I could even sleep without it now--and boy this sure does the trick for me! By the time I'm finished with the practice, I almost need toothpicks to keep my eyelids propped open to see to crawl to bed!
Really helps get rid of all those aches and pains for pure relaxation!
    Thank you so much!

  19. Hi Adriene,

I want t thank you for the opportunity to learn yoga. I started in May 2020 and already feel stronger and more flexible.
I am so glad that I found you on YouTube.
    with many thanks and gratitude,
    Laura q

  20. Absolutely love your videos. You're so good with the prompts for adjusting to get the most out of a pose and to do it safely. I'm up to day 14 of 30 Days of Yoga and found this bedtime video which has really helped with the resulting stiffness/soreness. Would love more of these "bedtime" practices. I will definitely be continuing with more of your sequences after this 30 days. Thank you for making these available!
