  1. Thank you so much! You are a bright light in this world! I love your yoga instruction. I always find peace and gratitude when I practice with you.

Much adoration and Love You are so beautiful.

    1. Adrienne I have been doing your yoga for a year now and love it! My daughters also follow you! I would love to go to your studio sometime or take you to lunch. My husband and I are coming to Austin in July I think on business and have never been to Texas other than stopping at the airport enroute somewhere else. Let me know if it is possible to meet you and do yoga together!

  2. I have hurt my back. Should I attempt this? I’ve been practicing Yoga with Adrienne for 5 years, so I have some core strength. Core exercise = stronger back, or core exercise avoid with bad back. I don’t know! Any advice I’d be grateful.

  3. Hi Adriene

I am unable to do some of the movements in this video as I have cervical spondylisos and an hiatus hernia, so crunching movements are out, is there alternative movements that I could do without aggerivating my symptoms. Thanking you advance Jenny

  6. I didn't think I'd like this practice (I usually despise core workouts in general), but I enjoyed this one! Definitely feel like I could incorporate this as an add-on after (or before) any of my daily YWA sessions. THANK YOU!!!

Is there a way I can download some classes to take with me.
Do you have an official link that I can do this and pay securely? Namaste Marcella

    1. Hi Marcella, we do have a few options where you can buy classes to download. You can check out what is available in the shop here, http://www.fwfg.com. We also have downloadable collections available to purchase off the platform we use for the membership site here, https://yogawithadriene.vhx.tv. Or you can join the membership and then sync any of the YWA videos to your app to play offline while you are away. There is a 7 day free trial for the membership so you can try it out and see if it is what you are looking for. 🙂

I've been following your YouTube Channel for about a year now and I absolutely love it!

Would it be possible to share a practice for firming and strengthening the lower belly?

  15. Hello Adrienne, I don't know how to pull my tummy in and hold it while doing Asana. How to engage the core? Since it's not working I go depressed, loose interest and quit. Please reply. It will be really helpful for beginners like me.

  16. Dear Adriene, would you consider posting a routine for folks with postpartum diastasis recti?
