  1. Thank you! This practice surprised me - movements I had not really ever done for lower back care. The gentle pace and loving support were so needed today. Beautiful start to my Sunday!

    1. Thank you! This helped me discover how incredibly tight my hip flexors are. I hardly could walk my arms forward. I would love a session just for hip flexors - sitting crossed legged is excruciating!

  2. I haven't done any yoga for a few days and was feeling so bad and this video was like you read my body and gave it exactly what it needed. Thanks, Adriene.

  3. This was great after a plane flight, but I felt aging knees taken to a limit and had to be very careful with them. Any chance of some yoga to help/strengthen/protect knees?

YWA has really added strength and flexibility to my 70 year old body and improved posture. Lightens the mind too.

    Thank from Chris

  4. Love your videos. Had knee surgery and can't get knees to floor crossed legged or squat, do you have exercised to release hips and knees to get my flexilibity back?

  5. After following your videos for some years now, it was natural for me to seek your help getting my body back in shape after giving birth. Listening to your kind words is also food for the soul; thank you so much Adriene.

  6. My first virtual practice with you was like you were here with me! A fantastic and loving way to start the day for my sore lower back and stuck hips. Thank you! Sharing now with my dad 🙂

  7. Hi Adriene! I love you 🙂 I wanted to consult you about a yoga injury I had. This was back when I had just discovered the amazingness that yoga is and was quite enjoying it. I am blessed with a flexible body, so even without any strength I started doing some inversions (handstands) using wall support. This was soo stupid. Now one fine day I kind of fell in a way that I might have twisted my spine outward (like in chakrasan) a little too fast. I have a mild pain that goes and comes in my lower back. Please please suggest what should I do? DO you think it should heal on its own? It has been about 5 months

  8. So good! I strained my back on a long drive sleeping in the vehicle. This is very soothing.

  9. Me and my favourite grandson Miles did this today cos he's been having some back pain. We had a great time Namaste x

  10. I have often joked that my back goes out more than I do, but since I've been doing YWA, and especially the Lower Back Love, Yoga for Sciatica, Flexibility and nightly Yoga for Bedtime, I have found that I don't have to visit my chiropractor's office as frequently--in fact, haven't been in several months. This is great!

  26. The practice revealed a twingy knee in sukasana as well as sore ankle bones pushing into the floor. I suspect I need to find out how to place the feet so that I do not have that discomfort. Overall, found the practice very soothing and helpful to my lower back. Thank you Adriene.
