  1. where is your 30 day yoga video for June? could not find it. love your yoga classes. the best in the world. i live in VA but got you recommended by my friend in Berlin!! you are all over the World, Girl. thanks for all you do.

  2. Thank you so much, it's nice to have support and not feel alone while fitting yoga into a busy work life.

  3. Awesome practice as are all of them! I have tried several other yoga videos and after following yours they are all I have done and needed for the past 18 months or so, You are a very talented instructor and are mindful of individual circumstances. You come across as well educated in yoga and what it is all about and seem like a caring person so thank you for sharing that with us.

  4. I simply wanted to say thanks once more. I do not know the things that I would have achieved in the absence of the entire advice provided by you
relating to such topic. Entirely was a very intimidating problem
in my opinion, nevertheless taking a look at
this professional mode you dealt with that made me to weep for
contentment. I am just happy for the support and expect you know what
an amazing job you are getting into training other individuals through the use of your blog
post. I am sure you haven't met all of us.

  5. Great video.
Is it possible to download these as I often work away and don't have Internet access?

    1. Nick you can download a software called ClipGrab. Once in ClipGrab, open a second window, find the videos you want and copy and paste the URL of the videos you want in the ClipGrab search bar. They will upload to your desktop and you can then put them on a memory stick/thumb drive. Once you have checked your thumb drive to make sure all is fine, you can delete from your desktop. Then, plug your thumb drive into your computer's USB port and do yoga anywhere, anytime. This is how I do it and I hope it works for you, too.
