  1. I've been doing yoga with you for years, Adriene, and this is by far my favorite series! It's been one beautiful session after another. I'm sure it has a lot to do with where I'm at and what I'm bringing to the practice, but it's also because of your consistent teaching over the years and what you're showing up to this series with. Thanks so much!

    1. So much energy from this and all your practices. Gracias ! This is to useful to know how to be confident inmyself and to believe in me.

  2. Thank you so much Adriene <3 You are an angel to me! I love everything you teach. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart and I wish you all the best in the world!
    Love Natalia

  3. Ha! I'm so glad you talked about pets liking Kapalabhati breath. My girl cat came running at me with her tail up during that part of the practice. I was thinking, "hmm, that's weird. Maybe she thought something was wrong or maybe she just wanted to be petted."

As always, I'm enjoying this series. You're the best!

  4. Loved, loved, loved this, Adriene! Another beautiful and totally energizing/restorative practice. I feel brand new. Thank you! You are knocking it out of the park this year ... every day is so awesome!!

  5. Girl, I have been studying with you for two years now and this series is kicking my butt. I am finding beginners mind all over the place. This series is just what I need right now, my higher self told me so!

  6. LOL! My baby pups don't care about breath of fire anymore.... they love my yoga NAP TIME! Thank you

  7. Thanks for a great practice today! Did anyone else notice the little squirrle running down the tree behind Adriene? So sweet! About 5 min into the video. Lots of love to you all!

  8. My dog went crazy during the breath of fire. She was licking every part of me that she could reach (she's little)!! Love this series! Thank you Adriene! With Love, Shawn

  9. One of my favourites so far this series! I'm just connecting so deeply to each day's practice! At first I expected to not be able to keep up, or to struggle with some poses, but I'm surprising myself with what I'm capable of and finding more confidence with each day! I'm stronger than I think and I need to give myself more credit! I can't tell you enough how grateful I am and how appreciative I am for you and this series!

  10. I am really enjoying the dedicate daily sessions. I today have just done Day 9. I notice today that I was much more observant when out walking and noticing things I do not normally see. The beauty of the Trees, and buildings.

I am so glad I have found this, and wanting to ensure I fit it in each day

Thank you so much for these sessions, and the beautiful way them are put together. Thank you

  11. I am a few days behind but I wanted to let you know that I love your series and how you teach and guide each flow. I usually do the yoga practice in the evening and it is always what I need after a stressful day at the office.

  12. Loved today's practice after a busy day at work. My dog (who is usually aloof and disinterested when I'm doing yoga) came rushing over during the Dragon breathing and fussed around me like he's not seen me for a month! He now won't leave my side! Bless him <3 xxx

  13. Wow, simply amazing! I have been doing yoga for almost 10 months and Yoga byAdriene is the best! Thanks Adriene for helping me with my daily practice, cheers!

  14. What is so beautiful about this home practice is that you can feel truly nurtured by someone who doesn't know you at all and this lovely feeling allows you then to nurture yourself. Thank you! x

  15. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this journey! You are right, my dogs went nuts during that deep loud breathing!!!! I had to stop and get them both off my mat! I'm loving this, thank you!

  16. You are my hero! It may take me 2 months to do this, but I will complete it.
I don't have a dog, but my husband was quite alarmed and wondered what the breathing noise was!

    Many blessings upon you!

  17. I started practicing Yoga again almost 80 days ago after a comment about your videos from my friend and Osteopath, and I'm loving it!
I was forced to stop all excersise around 6 years ago when I became very unwell with M.E. I still have M.E. and gave to be very careful but so far my body has co-operated every day for the past 75 days .
Due to the M.E. my body's thermostat is a bit wonky, and some of the meds I have to take can cause excessive sweating (as well as always making me thirsty and drying out my mouth!). But I find that I am sweating more after I finish my practice for the day. Am I the only one who gets this effect?

  18. Thank you thank you thank you! Absolutley love this journey that you`re givning me. Luckily you have so many classes I want to try so my journey can keep going after dag 30. You`re the best online teacher I`ve ever met and I am so greatful for the time to take to create and share your yoga all the way to sweden =)

  19. Thanks for this. I am continuing to stay in due to Covid 19. This is a blessing. My divine self cherishes the time that I can be on the mat.

  20. Thank you I have been doing these sessions during lockdown and they are fantastic. Thank you for explaining so clearly the moves and the encouragement you give. I am now on my second 30 day block and thoroughly enjoying my lockdown yoga.

  21. Your voice is soothing and love seeing Benji. I have dedicated my time to practice this series. It has improved my golf game. Thank you.

  22. You are simply amazing. I start my days with you and I know - it will be a good day. So that's why I am doing it every day 😉

  23. 2024 here, anyone else?

I’m as flexible as an ironing board, but loving it and the challenge.
