Today we start with some supine pranayama (and a little philosophy of course) and we pull back another layer of the onion. You know how to listen to your body.
Dedicate this 20 minutes to listening to what matters most.
This was perfect. Addressing my own mortality and lacking a feeling of life for several months since a sudden death of a loved one, the Ujayi breath connected me to life for the first time. I heard the ocean, from inside me. I heard and felt life, from within. I realized that I am from the ocean, and trees, and from this earth. And this earth is so alive, and therefore so am I. Thank you. Just, Thank you.
I was "feeling through" yoga this morning (I'm a couple of days behind, ha)and for some reason my dog was married to the screen watching you and Benji. I looked up from the final child's pose and she was so into it she had rested her nose on the TV stand to watch. She has NEVER watched or paid attention TV before! Haha
Thank you for all you do! Penny and I enjoyed being on the mat with you today.
Thank you for another incredible start to the day. Yoga with Adriene is what gets me out of bed in the morning, no matter how fatigued or down I am feeling.
Did this for knee pain....I suspected it was not really a pain in the knee but likely a symptom of tight muscles and tendons. This practise took care of it. Thank you thank you. Have gone through this series as a daily practise and found it enlightening, brightening and strenghtening. Happy to find a sequence to resolve a concern. Thank you for what you do.
Adrienne, I was doing this day at home with my mom for the holidays. She's 79 and never done yoga in her life. After 3 days of watching me do it she joined in. At the end I had to tell her she has to say 'namaste' she repeated 'no mistakes' haha that's what she heard! English is her second language and hearing isn't the best. I cried laughing.
I can't believe it. I finally can sit with my left leg crossed. It just happened! My left hip is not near as sore anymore. You telling me not to push really helped. This has been an incredible journey so far. Thank you so so much! I am 62 and starting this journey with you, my dear.
"You're awesome, do you know that?" That tugged at my heart strings today. I listen to my soul's song, my heart's song--the breath. I really like the tongue to the roof of the mouth and the Darth Vader exhale tip. I am loving the 30 day journey thank you so much!
I didn't want this practice to end. Beforehand, I did some shavasana because it felt like what my body needed. Then I started the video, and it just met me where I was at.
I am doing this series after Breath. I've been doing yoga off and on for 25 years (!!?) and this renewed commitment to showing up each day with "a little bit goes a long way" has been life changing and a calm port in these stormy times. It has helped me realize that I am stronger than I thought, or maybe even allowed myself to be.
Today, I reflected that our powerful inner ocean of breath can both soothe and shape us, through small droplets of water and giant waves. May we all get to experience our heart song as victorious!
Thank you and namaste to you all. Lots of love from Canada.
Incredible. Thank you, Adriene.

My favourite practice of the series so far. Came out of it with a massive grin on my face! Thanks Adriene x
I love these videos so much. I always step off my mat smiling ... no matter how I stepped on! Thank you or being your sweet self, Adrienne.
