Dedicate - Day 17 - Learn

Happy Day 17! Today you can expect a lot of love for the lower back and low belly in the 26 minute practice. The first 7 minutes serve up a meditation and delicious floor work.

Then, we stay low to the ground today choosing to ride the wave of the breath with a commitment not to mastering, but to learning.

  2. I woke up with a horrible crick in my back. I'm a couple of days behind, so am trying to catch up by doing 2 practices per day over this weekend. It's super lucky that I am as Days 16 and 17 practice were wonderfully perfect to ease my sore creaky back. Spook!! Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ xx

  3. I made some intentions at the start of this year and this work is really helping me to stay present with them and with me. i love the idea of starting from where you are. Yoga has often been a holding, pushing, striving thing.. which i have known, instinctively is wrong, but am only really understanding. Thank you.

  7. Wow! Thank you so much for this experience! I am 17 days into isolation (April 2020) at home and this everyday practice really helps me. Iโ€™ve been wanting to get into yoga for so long. I finally have some time and realize wow I can do this everyday even in a normal world! Appreciating your program, your beautiful authentic personality and reminders for self Love. Thank you!   10. I have done four or five 30 day series and Dedicate is my favorite. I especially appreciate Day 17 because I sprained my ankle a month ago and it is a wonderful deep practice that is low to the ground. Especially love the setting for this series. I use the music from Dedicate Liberate Day 30 often as background to my Yoga practices. Just love it. Picturing Benji in his smart sailor hat watching the boats!
