Core Strength Ritual

This 20 min core strength video is a great ritual for you to supplement your yoga practice or other workouts. Tone the belly, heal back pain and find stability in the body. Connect with the breath, repeat this ritual regularly and enjoy the results. Great for that booty and your arms and shoulders too.

    Great core practice! Any suggestions for avoiding neck soreness during the first set of crunches? Even as I was mindful with my breath, I had to stop for a few nose circles a few times.

    In the final forearm-balancing-thread the needle set, my muscles around my shoulder blade feel like they are ripping. Any advice on positioning or what I am doing wrong in the foundation of this exercise?

  10. Hi Adrienne, when I do this core practice, my neck is really sore while I'm holding my head up. It actually hurts my neck around my throat. Is it just me or does it need a lot of practice to get strong around the neck? I would like some tip please...

  11. This video is amazing!! Core is my least favorite part of the body to work out, but this video makes it fun and dynamic! I will definitely watch this video whenever I really don't feel like doing core work and I need to ๐Ÿ˜‰

  12. ok, having created this wonderful home practice I decided to add in a few more challenging, toning and heating asanas. Couldn't quite do the side plank yet but I am inspired to remain committed to strengthen my core.
