This week we move forward with our intentions set (maybe reconnect to intentions set in Jan?) - refresh and resolve to ALWAYS BE YOURSELF.

  1. Adriene. I love your yoga instructions. Your personality is so refreshing and delightful. Your so real and down to earth. I haven't found anyone that fits the "yoga bill" like you do. I told my daughter about your You tube yoga instruction and she loves it as well. She has many years of experience unlike me who just got started in February.
    I would love to see you do yoga for people like me. I'm 60 but can do a lot of the poses but not all. I do what I can which is better than nothing. I've looked for gentle or seniors yoga but they either just stay sitting/lying down or in a chair. Don't get me wrong I think it's great that they're doing what works for them. It's great. I'd like something in the middle that includes sitting,lying down and standing.
    So that's about it. Keep up the good work.
