I have a balance disorder with dizziness and my physician recommended I start yoga program. So I tuned into your Yoga for Beginners.
the Md rational is to increase the strength in my large muscles to increase blood flow to heart and head.
So here I am and I am committed. I am sick of being sick and look forward to a long positive relationship.
