  2. Hi lovely Adriene,

Thank you for being so joyful and inspiring. I had abandoned yoga and you just make me want to get back to it.

Thank you also for introducing me to Shakey Graves, what an amazing talent. Could you tell me which track is playing in your video?

    Have a great Sunday.

Texas is beautiful. Hopefully, one day I'll visit.

Big hug all the way from Australia

  3. Hi Adriene! I've been a follower of your yoga journey here in your blog and I am really happy to finally find a blog that teaches the basics and foundations of yoga. I'm such a newbie in this yoga thing and I really appreciate how you show the modifications and the step by step moves or poses. It helped me understand more about yoga, on how to connect to the inner fire or the inner self. I appreciate the thing that we don't have to push our selves to do the pose perfectly the first time. The first thing that I learned from your posts is the connection of the breath to the moves and always always think of the center (head of heart, heart over pelvis). You really did a GREAT job! πŸ™‚ Looking forward for some more tips on yoga. I am actually looking forward for the chaturanga pose wherein from plank to cobra pose. I would like to learn more about the modifications and how to do it in a safe mode πŸ™‚ Thank you so much for inspiring me and fulfill my yogini dream πŸ˜‰

  4. Adriene - You make sun salutation look so beautiful and graceful! I'm a beginner, but I look forward to the ease in organic movement that I am going to receive from yoga. Thank you for your continued inspiration!

  5. Hey! I have been wanting to get into yoga since forever, but now that college semester has ended I can commit myself to improving and practicing yoga for the summer. I love how you emphasize the individuality within yoga and the good vibes :)) I also wanted to ask the name of the song of Shakey Graves, I cannot tack it down.....

  6. hi Adrienne

i'm a real beginner and slowly working true your yoga foundation series. i love them by the way! my knees hurt sometimes after practice under the knee ore on the inner side ( not the inside) do you have experience with that, do you know what i'm doing wrong.

i also need to thank you. i finely started yoga after so long wanting to start but not knowing where, so thank you!

  7. Thanks for the awesome and FREE videos Adriene. Always helpful and entertaining. Keep them coming.

  8. Hi Adriene,
You inspire me ! I just completed Day 10 of the 30 days with Yoga. Today was about Sun Salutations. I got the link from there to Sun Salutation B and then A. The Day 10 video was a bit fast for me and you did 5 reps in succession.
I wanted to see something slow and this one Sun Salutation A is on target. Nice slow and smooth, fantastic. I am going to use this for my daily practice till my movement becomes smooth and flexible like yours.
You are a great teacher !

    Thank you so much !
    Many Regards,

    Satish

  9. Hey Adriene,

after the plank, do you have to touch the ground before going into Cobra / Upward facing dog? I always see two different versions, also in your video. Teh first time, you are going all the way down, the second time there is quite some space between you and the floor, before you go into upward facing dog.

    Lots of love, Annika

  10. Is this video no longer available? I love sun salutation B, and I'm curious to learn about A!

  11. Hi Adriene,

Your Sun Salutation A video on YouTube seems to have gone "private" and is no longer viewable.

    Thank you

Unfortunately this video is no longer on YouTube due to things outside of our control. We tried to get it back up but that doesn't seem like it is going to happen. So we made the video available to everyone on the FWFG Yoga membership site for free now! The link for the video is in the post above.

      Enjoy!
