  1. Hi from the U.K. love your yoga videos started just before Xmas, really seeing the benefits of your yoga sequences, big fan of Benin wondered if you would consider a yoga sequence for us ladies who suffer with back pain & general discomfort (stomach/ovary)before our ‘moon cycle’ .
    Many Thanks

  2. What an excellent video Adriene! We just started doing a short office yoga session once a week where I work, and we were looking for inspiration of moves that don't require a mat! Thank you for this (and eeeeeeverything else 🙂

  3. Thank you so much for all your amazing videos! You have helped a cancer survivor feel good again. I have much more movement in the arm/side that had radiation. I have lost weight and am toning up. I love to do yoga every day and I enjoy spending my yoga time with you! Thanks for being such a blessing to me. Have a marvelous day!

  4. Hi enjoying yoga every morning with you helping in my health and positive thinking. Helps mental state.

  5. Good morning from Saratoga Springs, NY!

I have turned my 46 year-old boyfriend (who has never done yoga previously) into a fan of your yoga series, and we have begun a home practice together by creating our own playlist from among your videos, pulling out what we both need on a given day.

In exchange, he wants me to begin bicycling with him. but I experience knee pain on a bike and buckling at other times. I saw the "Yoga for Sensitive Knees" and "Yoga for Cyclists" videos, which help, but I wonder if you might consider one specifically for strengthening knees.

    Thanks so much!

      1. Me too me too! Please and thank you ❤️❤️

  6. Very nice! I can’t do poses like downward dog because of hand issues so I appreciate these standing poses.

  7. Hi Adriene
    This is fab!
I have, this year, fazed out my yoga practice with great sorrow. I am unable to maintain the forward bends due to my prolapse disc and wondered if there is anyway there is an alternative?
I have grown so much iyoga especially Yoga With Adriene.
I hae tried some Pilates but I don't have the same heart response.
    I am mobile, working etc.
    Thank you.
    Love
    Paula

    1. I'm so sorry about your back issue, Paula. We have some ideas for you so that you can continue to grow your practice with modifications. Mountain and child's pose are great alternatives for forward fold. Go to mountain when the forward folds are quick in a practice and if the forward folds are long, go to a pose that promotes calming and turning inward - like child's pose. Another option is to bow the head with hands in namaste while in mountain when the forward folds are cued, like a mini mini forward fold with the head. Wishing you well as you explore and continue to grow your practice!

  8. Loved it. I am not in an office, but have been practising the type of yoga you teach for about 2 years but am now about to travel around Australia for a year or so and this video will keep me active with yoga. Thank you so much from an Aussie -- all the way across the ocean from you.
