  2. Hi Adriene! I discovered your videos on youtube, and they are just amazing!
    I really enjoy practicing yoga with you, your classes makes me feel happy and relaxed. But I see that my weak point is the center of my body. I feel that it is not strong enough. I often have back pain after all day at work (especialy lower back and tailbone zone) and several physiotherapist told me that I had to strength the core area.

    I would be soooo grateful for some yoga video for whole (or lower) back pain and core strength !!!
    I always share your videos with all my friends -new yogis - and they adore your classes! mostly all of them are suffering from a back pain. So I hope that this kind of yoga class could help more people to relieve their back problems 😉

    I love this video! Just wondering, do you have one that you would suggest (or could do?!) for entire body pain? Just for those of us who have chronic full body pain. Thanks! 🙂

  4. Do you have any suggestions for stretches and breathing for kids? I am an elementary teacher and I think some breathing or stretching "brain breaks" would be very calming.

  6. I am wondering if you have more videos/or suggestions about yoga to do to alleviate pain from scoliosis and potentially lead to more balance in the body; my spine have a curve seems to leave me out of balance on each side of my body. Thanks so much! Your videos are wonderful!

  9. I’ve spent last two weeks in and out of bed with a bulging disc in lower back right side.. I can walk around now and have just completed this video for upper back which felt good.. anything for that poorly part of me .. I’m quite a newbie..love how you speak and encourage.
