  3. I'm 60 and did the beginners yoga and now I'm doing the 30 days for the second time. I'm on day 24 for the second time and will do this 6 minutes video after that. You are an awesome teacher. I love yoga. I have an addiction to it. Yoga is it!

  4. Hi Adriene! Loving your videos, but I have a pelvic floor prolapse from having so many bubbas πŸ™‚ and I am aware that yoga has a few postures to be avoided in this instance (for example, I know the plank puts too much downward pressure on the pelvic floor). Is there any chance you could do a pelvic floor safe yoga workout on youtube? I know of many women out there who would also benefit greatly from this. Blessings for all the wonderful joy you are bringing to the world. xx

    1. Has adrienne done one yet? I can not see it. I read one in 4 women have a problem and from going to many physiotherapists that there are so many exercises to avoid it can be difficult to join or follow a class.

  8. It was a little short, but I'm a beginner so if I want something 15-20 min long I like more guidance. However, I did find it to be very rejuvenating and I tried to add some yoga pieces on my own so that's helping teach me to find what makes me feel good! Thanks for the experience.

  17. I've searched forever for a quick morning practice. This is perfect!!! Thank you so much. I enjoy a practice everyday & constantly search for a well balanced 15 min sessions. I can practice those in my schedule two or three times a day easier than one long session. Excellent teacher, excellent classes.
