  2. Hi Adriene i am new to the yoga practice and been looking for a good yoga mat since the one i got from walmart has a warning label of the material its made of, can you give me any recomendation of a healthier alternative yoga mat? Thanks Adriene

  3. Adriene! I am so glad I discovered your Youtube page. I was never a yoga type person. I always thought, "I don't have the patience for that." But lately I've been having random pains all over my body and after countless doctor visits, all tests and bloodwork is coming back normal. I think I have SSD (Somatic symptom disorder) which causes pain and fatigue all over the body.

    Doing your yoga, especially the stretching ones, has made my muscles feel so great after each session. I feel like I am doing yoga in my living room along with a good friend. Thank you for your calming presence, humor, and all-around likability. Just ordered my first yoga mat so it's official! I will be doing your yoga for a very long time!! <3 Carlee

  6. I literally started laughing and then sobbing when you sang "You are not alone... I am here with you.." and then commented on how many times you've sung that in your videos and I was thinking the same thing. I am struggling right now through a divorce and a recent breast cancer diagnosis and your videos and humor are keeping me strong and reminding me that if nothing else, Adriene and her YWA crew (and the Earth and yoga) totally have my back.   7. After tossing and turning in bed for an hour or so I got up and did this sequence. Minutes later I was asleep & stayed asleep for a good 7 hours! Thank you for helping me learn to help myself

  8. I like nerve breathing because I get panic attack I t helped me a lot keep me calm I get uptight sometime sometimes it affect my breathing thankful that I do night in the morning it keep me happy it helped me relax because I had a lot on my plate
