Join me in a surrender to rest and recovery, as we softly tap into the healing properties of yoga. I know how hard it can be when the body is fighting illness, and how frustrating it can be when the symptoms linger. This thoughtful, effective and gentle session is for those in the healing process.

  2. Thank you so much! I’ve been sick for 5 days and heard you say in the beginning to put Vicks vapor rub on my chest. So simple but I hadn’t thought of it! It’s been such a relief along with this sweet practice.

    I had been doing your 30 day yoga series for about 2 years and then became ill (2nd rodeo of C) last March and was unable to do my daily yoga.
    I love your messages of hope and look forward to when I can get back on my mat! Still not out of the woods yet and will look at your utube for breathing exercises in sitting or lying down position (all I can do for now, lightly).
    All your emails saved to a folder on my computer to refer back to!
