In today's vlog I answer your questions about what to eat for a Yoga Diet. Also, a shout out to the REBOOT community and the beginnings of plans for a NYC Meet up! Find What Feels Good!

Quick question...how much longer will your reboot be available? I have been wanting to become a member but unfortunately as good of deal as it is I have not had the extra funds and do not want to miss out on it! I love your website and videos, you have seriously helped me practice yoga every day.
Thank you!
Really Adriene, this is the best advice I've heard about food and diet ever! Sometimes it's difficult to just listen to our bodies when it comes to food, and I'm struggling with an obsession for what I eat or what I should eat. But, yes, I know, I have to listen to my body. Your words are just what I needed, THANK YOU!!
I started to do your Yoga for Complete Beginners a couple of days ago. I was really inspired by this video and in my opinion it's mainly due you your attitude and stylisg manners. However, I found out that after I perform the Downward Dog Pose I feel somewhat dizzy and lightheaded. It might be because of my age - I'm 53, or something else. I don't know if I should continue with this class the way I was planning to.
Have any of your students encountered this problem?
I'll be very grateful if you share your thoughts.
Thanks,
Raya
I've found most people are so out of balance they don't know how to listen to thier body and when they do they go more out of balance, even thinking they are getting healthier since they "feel" better or have more "energy". I know I've wrecked my body doing this and see other do it constantly.
Thanks for this awesome video! I love doing your yoga videos and I am currently doing the 30 days of yoga challenge. You have really connected me to my body and I have learned to really listen to it and focus on how I am feeling. I was wondering where the follow-up video was on your detailed diet. I think you mentioned it in the video and I would like to see it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! I'm a big fan!

I always get light headed after going from forward bends to standing. It's because I have low blood pressure.
