  1. It was a great workout. I stretched in some ways I have never before. It helped me out in my legs exactly where I was having some problems so it was of great value. Tough but necessary day.

      1. Lord of the Rings:.The Fellowship of the Ring is the book I'm always coming back to. I get something new every time I read it! Great workout always!

  2. Hi Adriene,

I have been practicing with you for a little over a year. I am a brand new Navy wife, and my husband just deployed. I made the commitment to myself that I would do Yoga Camp to take care of myself in mind and body. Deployments are tough! Thank you for putting out these videos. Showing up on my mat gives me something to look forward to every day. Yesterday I was standing in line at the grocery store, and I was stretching. At that moment, I realized yoga had become integrated into my being. Thank you for being such an awesome teacher and letting your light shine!

    Namaste,

    Angelina

  3. WOW I am loving yoga camp! I'm only on day 3, but I've tried a lot of other you tube videos and been so disappointed! Your practice is amazing and keeps drawing me back. THANK YOU.

  4. I just love your camp so much! I have back pain since as far as I can remember and my doctor recommended me similar exercices + a method explained on itestediloved.com and now I am doing it since 3 weeks and almost no more backpain + I'm becoming more flexible! You should all take a look too tx to my doc who is not only after money and selling meds...

  5. I started Yoga Camp a little late this year but I am loving every day! Thank you for what you bring and for helping me to find what feels good instead of the perfect pose 🙂 You mentioned you wanted some books to read...The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Around the World in 80 Days, and Me Before You are some of my favorites. Thanks again for all you do and for bringing a smile to my face in your most authentic moments!

  6. Really wonderful yoga session today! As well as being flooded with gratitude for this life, my body and my partner and welcoming lots of heat I also managed to hold a really solid standing half split with both my hands on my calves on both sides 🙂 Nice to see physical progression as well as spiritual, energetic and mental progression and healing in this holistic daily practise. Thanks and gratitude Adriene! Arohanui and Namaste <3

  7. Adriane,
    Lovely session (as always)...
I have just started reading (again) To Kill a Mockingbird, one of my favourite books. Another one would be The Secret Life of Bees.
There are many more but these popped into my head during the session when you mentioned "opened book"...
Thank you for what (and especially how!!) you are doing!
    Namaste

  8. My favorite book is ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’ by Garth Brooke. Made me laugh, cry and experience happiness and gratitude about life.

  9. Adriene - I am so grateful that you have put yourself out in the world in this courageous and fun way. It has been so helpful to me in so many ways. I did Day 27 today and am reading the Myth of Normal by Gabor Mate.
