Yoga Camp - Day 11

The hard part is getting to the mat. If you are reading this then you are so close! Hop on the mat for a strong and healing practice. This one is full of home practice gems! The mantra today is I Release. Let go of that which is no longer serving you. Release tension through asana and pranayama. Create space for fresh energy. Practice loosening up. Release your grip on the things you cannot control. Have a sweet conversation with your deep breath. Come on now, let's take advantage of today's powerful mantra. Full body practice with lots of opportunities to detox as well as loosen up and let go. Includes one of my favorite Kundalini Yoga gems! Enjoy! Stay curious! 1. Can't wait to get on the mat with your Yoga Camp but I'm a Mama-to-be and a friend bought your Prenatal Videos for my birthday. They are so Perfect and make me and my belly feel sooo good!! So I wait for my girl to come and will follow your Camp this summer. Thanks Adriene! Keep going on this way! Love and thankfulness from Italy

  2. Hiya, just to let you know I couldnt find this on youtube when I looked and could only access it through the website. Dont know if it is just me,

    Dont publish this please ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Day 11 - I Release. What a fitting mantra and affirmation for my day and the events in it! Thank you for everything you do Adriene! For today's prop, I used a magic 8-ball that just happened to be on a shelf beside my yoga mat ๐Ÿ™‚ Also found myself singing along to some of the song jokes and laughing my way through this practice. Much love!

  4. I've been loving all of Yoga Camp, but Day 11 was truly transforming - thank you for helping me to 'unravel that sucker'!

  5. Hey Adriene, Gidday from Canberra Australia - it's 38 degrees C (really hot) and I'm loving Yoga Camp - thanks to my daughter for talking me into it and thank you for your great teaching.

  6. A classic workout. Well planned to get us to work so many areas we have not done before. Did work on a few things. Still need a lot more flexibility. That is one reason I turned to yoga.On to Day 12.

  7. Hi Adriene, I was trying to find an email for you but this will work. I just found out that I am pregnant, and have been doing the Yoga camp. Should I switch over to prenatal Yoga. I haven't been doing yoga for very long, so I wasn't sure on which areas need to be modified or not done at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks. K.

  8. The prop I picked up in my room turned out to be really fun - a stuffed bunny. I let it touch the floor every time I turned, so it jumped around as I moved ๐Ÿ™‚
Thank you, Adriene for this great Yoga camp!! Iยดm joining from Denmark.

  9. I grabbed my son's football for my prop....I'm not a football kinda person at all but my choice made me feel a sweet connection with my son, which was so cool.
    Also loved the Zoolander "mer-man!"
Thank you, Adriene. My yoga practice with your amazing guidance makes me a happier person!
    Much love to you.

  10. Loved this! Would like to use the wise words of Leonard Cohen, "I am Released" First time commenting on the blog, not my last...lucky you!

  11. I am really enjoying Yoga Camp. It has been exactly what I've needed. Keep up the great work. You are awesome!

  12. This was the best day yet for me (even doing it at 9pm!)--the mantra was so relevant and helpful.
I used my two-year-old son's foam baseball bat as my prop. Felt hilarious.

  13. Oh my gosh, I picked up the book that I am reading as my prop. "Big Magic" by Elizabeth Gilbert. The subtitle is "Creative living beyond fear" and I can not recommend it highly enough! ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Excellent practice again!
My prop was one of my dog's toys (nearest thing), but when doing the russian twists my dog thought I was playing with her, and tried to catch the toy! Jumping from left to right and on top of me, it was hilarious, I laughed out loud really hard ๐Ÿ˜€
I don't know if it was the laughing (which is also a form of stress release), or the combination with this particular practice, but I have never felt this good and happy after doing yoga, more than usual!
Thank you, Adriene, I get so much out of your videos! Namaste x

  15. Hi there,
I live in Colorado and I started with your 30 days of yoga, I am 53 and had not practiced since I was 18. I am now doing the yoga camp and on a vacation in Hawaii, the big island and tomorrow heading to Kauai. I noticed your Kauai pictures. Just wanted to say Hi from Hawaii and thank you for helping me release pain and strengthen my body.
    Maggie

  16. Today was AWESOME. I am so relaxed...I used a ball of yarn as my prop - but based on past experience (I used it in one of the other days, too) I tucked the end thread deep so that it wouldn't wind around my legs and body ;-)...

  17. Love your yoga! Wanted you to know that yogacamp stopped sending after Day 11...not sure why ๐Ÿ™

  18. Dear Adriene,
I have been practicing yoga for many years in different studios. I was very skeptical about your online offer. After I had made the 30 days of Yoga Revolution, I was totally thrilled.
Now I'm in yoga camp and would like to say thank you for your kind of restarting my daily life.
    Namaste, Kirsten from Berlin

  19. OMG so I completely lost it laughing when you said Merman! lol, thank you for that, I've never laughed like that while doing yoga, it felt really good and added a huge lightness to my practice today ๐Ÿ™‚ <3

  20. Adrien! Hello from Edinburgh. Feeling pretty lush after that. Cow legs are a winner. This would help so many people prevent problems later in life...
Thanks for all you do. It's a great present you offer.
