TRUE - Day 28 - Be Fearless

Before fixing what you are looking at, check what you are looking through.

Our series continues as we sync up for day 28, a practice that challenges you to put your TRUE vocabulary and discoveries into action.

Marry the strength with the stability for this fearless 19 minute flow.

Today's session invites you to put the pieces together, dig into your tool bag and explore the unknown.

Tap into your deep soulful breath today as this swift practice is designed to zip you out of your comfort zone.

Go forth, be fierce, observe!

Meet and greet it with your inner smile.

Direct your focus on what you want to manifest, not what you fear.

Manifest what serves!

Get it,

Adriene

Yul Brenner: Now look in the mirror, and tell me what you see!
Junior Bevil: I see Junior.
Yul Brenner: Junior, Junior. You see Junior? Well, you want to know what I see? I see pride! I see power! I see a bad-ass mother who don't take no crap off of nobody!
Junior: You really see all that?
Yul: Yeah man. But it's not about what I see, it's about what you see. Now look in this mirror and tell me again what you see.
Junior: I see..
Yul: Pride!...Power.
Junior: Power. I see..
Yul: A bad-ass mother who-
Junior:-who don't take no crap off of nobody!
Yul: AGAIN!

  1. It's been the best January ever. Thank you for sharing your yoga with me. I feel blessed, loved and very very grateful.

    Namaste! Sharon

  2. I am so excited! Last night I saw the post that said you will be making new videos for the month of February and that the True series will stay posted all year so people can finish at their own pace. Check and check! I am on Day 21 so I'm slightly behind, but no worries now! I am really enjoying this and can feel quite a bit of difference in my movement.

  3. Thank you Adriene 🙂
I try to do all your yoga lessons since few months...!
I did a lot of fitness before and stop it, nothing like yoga!
Yoga changes my way of feeling (often good !) and my way of being too...
It helps me straightening me out, even if I didn't think about that.
There is a true profond intentionality in your way of telling and feeling your yoga sessions.
I'm a french psychologist (sorry for my english ;)) and I used relaxation therapy for my patients and...I think you have a good influence on my way of inviting people to relax themselve 😉
It's more "profond" like we used to say in French, more "incarné".
There are no words for that, just feelings.
So thank you for your way of being, feeling and transmiting yoga, so keep on, never give up, live and still share please 🙂

    Thanks!

    Magali

  4. Thank you so much for the fantastic start to the new year. I'm enjoying the daily practice.
Could you check on your prayer plant? I think it is thirsty.
And what's up with the new picture on the table?

  5. I did NOT just do that frog arm balance pose. Wow! The squeeze we've been practicing on other days was a key. Woop! It's a new day here in Toulouse, France!

  6. Today after a prompt I found an inner smile I had no idea that I had & its awsome!

  7. Dear Adriene

Thank you so much for your amazing and beautiful work. Since 1,5years now I am starting my day with you.

It's just a little frustrating how much de crow hurts in my arms..like the knees on the arm..can't even try it propperly. Am I doing it wrong? Or does it simply hurt?;)

And the other thing is that I can't find the right position from downward dog to go directly in a plank without moving my feet..if I do a propper down dog my hand are to far back so I will fall an my face in the plank and from a propper plank its a too wide down dog.

But I do love everything else 😉

    All the best,
    Melinda
