Okay, okay, I know I have said this before but Day 23 is really what it’s all about.

My other bread and butter. My favorite topic, mountain and meat.

Balance.

My curation of TRUE will offer a variety of benefits based on what the individual is seeking to uncover.

But the one thing I believe we all will benefit and uncover together is this feeling of your natural state of balance.

Ooh lawd, it’s so much more than standing on one leg.

It’s about understanding and getting to know your whole body.

Your energetic body.

This is it.

Consider, affirm, then whisper quietly to yourself, “Balance is my natural state.

This practice dives in full on so that you can really, truly begin to notice what balance feels like at this stage of your life.

Today.

You have everything you need.

Find the time and the courage!

Then arrive on the mat and let it happen.

I am so grateful to have found you and to be able to practice Yoga with you while you help me and the world who knows you in more ways than just Yoga! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
