  3. Thank you for showing me all people of any size can do yoga. Will you at some point show people who are not fiscally fit? I feel that it’s important to see people who are extreme beginners with very little fitness levels. I think it would help a lot people slowly build strength by seeing other people doing extremely unfit yoga. Lol like me. Thanks.

  4. I want to thank you for your YouTube yoga videos. My daughter told me about you two months ago, and I had always wanted to do yoga at home, and you have helped me reach this goal. I started with your True doing it every morning, and guess what, after about five days, my husband joined in. Now every morning we do yoga together. We are now on the 30 Days of yoga. We both love that your videos are not too long and that we feel we can stay up with you. Of course, we just love you talking; you put a smile on our faces. Thank you Adriene; you’re awesome.

  6. My husband and I are planning a long road trip from North Bay Ontario to California and through the desert we might make it to Austin! I would love to meet Adrienne and attend a class if she is there at that time, not sure of our ETA yet, end of October? How do we get in touch?

    I here lot of people saying cardio and weight training are the must to loose weight get fit and strong. Just yoga is going to get the job done. Is that true? What are your thoughts?
