"Stop, drop and Gratitude!" In this special Thanksgiving Vlog, I talk about the importance of a gratitude ritual in our daily lives. Practice gratitude and find what feels good.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for you and your videos. I'm really quite lost in life at the moment but coming to a daily yoga practice, using the videos you post and trying to 'find what feels good' in that moment is keeping me sane. Finding what feels good is filtering through in life! So a massive thank you to you! I really believe I would be in a much worse place without your videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Dear Sophie,
You are so welcome. But really, its all you baby! Not me! I am so joyful to hear feedback, always - thank you! But yes, its all you. Get empowered girl! Ride the wave, understand that its is about the journey, the process, the experience, all of it - just like our practice. So surrender to that when you can and take responsibility for your own happiness as much as possible! You are awesome, beautiful and worth it. Love, Adriene
Adriene,
I have to. I just have to say it. Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what you're doing. You're not only providing an excellent step by step yoga sequence, but you are instilling a beautiful message in all of us viewers and learners. Your encouragement and clear understanding of the human experience keeps me comin back everyday, and because of that I feel again my inner joy. The real stuff. And though it is me who makes the decision to keep going, I'd still like to thank you for choosing to be wonderful too. You fricken rock, lady. Rockin my world all the way up here in Minnesota, where I'm nice but also Minnesota cold and pissy.

I am grateful for:
1. The salvation I've been given through Jesus Christ.
2. My husband.
3. My two sons.
I've just started following you, Adriene, and I have already been blessed so much. Looking forward to being taught by you through this journey! Thank you.
Thank you Adriene! I have been doing your videos for a while now. I feel great and enjoy coming to the mat every morning. Its not just about yoga for me, its about balance, its about taking that moment of gratitude. So...Thank you to you for this video because it just made everything fall into place. You crack me up by the way and I am stealing you line poopy, ka ka, shit. Hope that is ok:) Thank you again!
1) The good health of my body, mind and spirit
2) My family, friends and Kyle
3) For stumbling upon your amazing website today which I feel may be an important turning point in my life.
I started the "3 things I'm grateful for" challenge after I saw the "Five Minute Journal" online. It simplifies it even further and each day has a page with everything spelled out...so I just copied that format! You write down 3 things you're grateful for, 3 things that would make today great, and a daily affirmation (I am....) to set your mind on the right track. Then, before bed, you write down 3 things that made today great! It's been so rewarding 🙂
I want to be grateful for so many things right now (could I list it more than three things??):
1. My beautiful petite Batavian Home
2. My cute husband who currently have a fever and napping beside me
3. My baby red dog, Bavaro
4. The health I currently had and the fact that I improving it day by day by good food, supplements, and daily practice of yoga (I love ur video by the way!! I just a fresh beginner and your video really helps me a lot. And your charming quirky personality as well, if not I will bored to death learning yoga at home)
5. The good food below
6. For Hesti, my home assistant who cooked all those food
7. For my mom and dad
8. And last and not least for God who provide me all those things. In whatever concept, we approached or known Him.
I will stop at 8 because 8 is auspicious lucky number for the Chinese descendant.
